Assolutamente nulla

Personale scortesissimo ha provato a truffarci facendoci ripagare quello che avevamo giá pagato online e nonostante abbiamo fatto vedere le mail di conferma, il bonifico e la conferma sull’app ci hanno riso in faccia e cacciato fuori dicendoci di tornare il giorno dopo con i soldi. Per quanto sia centrale si trova davanti ad una piazza mal frequentata e la struttura in sè è decadente. NON ANDATECI ASSOLUTAMENTE. P.s. licenziate quella receptionist

Good for a night or 2 as a base to explore Lisbon , -easy to walk to lots of places close by.

Missed breakfast as was departing early. The location was "just out of the tourist zone". Many restaurants around as well as a large supermarket. Room very clean but basic. The night male desk clerk very helpful in the early morning as I tried to get an UBER

The pillows are hard. No extra blankets in room supplied. Area possibly a bit sketchy at night..

Vale a pena pela pela localização, bom custo benefício, voltaria

Da localização e cordialidade da recepção que me indicou locais legais e regionais para almoçar e saborear a cozinha portuguesa. Tem um mercado à menos de 100 metros da pensão o que é bem conveniente. O quarto é o banheiro era bem espaçoso e bem limpo, tinham 2 camas de casais e uma de solteiro (somos uma família de 2 adultos e uma criança).

Na primeira noite a água do chuveiro não esquentou bem e tomei meu banho com água fria, depois se resolveu… As camas e os colchões são ok, os travesseiros um pouco duro, não achei confortável. O café da manhã é bem simples, conta apenas com pão, queijo e presunto, dois tipos de cereais, manteiga, uma torradeira para o pão e uma máquina de café e sucos.

Indico como um bom hotel.

Localização não tem melhor.

Os boxes de banho são pequenos e a água quente é intermitente, hora muito fria, hora muito quente, difícil de ajustar.

Boa hospedagem

Ótimo custo benefício, o hotel é simples, mas confortável e limpinho. Café da manhã apesar de simples, também foi ótimo na nossa percepção.

BED BUGS! Do not stay here! There is an infestation of bed bugs! We stayed in room 403 and got bed bug bites all over.

One or two staff knows English and the others not which was very frustrating

Breakfast was okay, but the staff serving was a bit rude. I went to make a second cup of coffee and she cleaned my table without asking.

Price was higher than what I paid of a better hotel in all aspects in Barcelona

Good location.

The room is dated and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Bathroom had a sewage smell. There was no blinds in the room just a curtain but the light came in anyway. The Pensão is on a noisy streat and you can hear everything from inside.

Perfect for a short stay

Location was perfect and a lovely breakfast

Toiletries could have been better. Only 3 small soaps available. A refillable Multiwash liquid dispenser would have been Ideal.

Superb

A petite place set right on the middle of thw happening centre of Lisbon. Small, but comfortable room. Old building, that you may even called historic. That is a charm by itself. Very helpful staff and just enough facilities to keep you comfortable.

Nice, old-style pension in a very central location

Very central location, convenient for exploring Lisbon on foot and by public transport. A nice, old-style pension with comfortable enough rooms and breakfast included. It was my second stay and I hope to return again. The room was small but had enough place to comfortably fit clothes and personal items. The bathroom was quite big and comfortable. Great view from the window!

No i would not stay there next tim

location is nice as i know Lisbon Rosio area well . As i have been travelling to Lisbon frequently .

The Guy at the counter was soundly not friendly when he was talking ( morning shift ) .The second shift guy was really good(second shift) Their credit card machine was not working . He asked me to go withdraw cash and bring. This is not acceptable.

perfect position, flat area 😜, nearby the central station, metro stop e different buses, staff friendly and very efficient.

we had a big quite room but the wifi didn't work the whole time. That was a limit to me since I needed to use my data mobile for google map during the day, so once at the hotel no internet at all to avoid spending all the giga.

Centrally located, staff was friendly

Found a cockroach in the bathroom, ceiling had mold, room was old and could do with some renovation. The breakfast offer is the same everyday and not very diverse.

Close to the metro station, not far for most of the sights of central Lisbon.

The hotel needs desperately renovation! It's very dated and gives the feeling of "used". Not recommended, even for just a good sleep. Bad bed, not very clean room, small room, spartan breakfast, etc.
