good location, but not a good value for money.

The location is great, and with parking available, although it would be great if there was charging point for electric cars. The room was kind of spacious, but question marks on the cleaness. I got bitten by some unknown bugs while staying and there are black flies around.

The bed is quite low quality - it was simply put two single mattress together, which makes it difficult for two people to sleep comfortably. It is quite an old apartment and I certainly would expect more with the price.

I like that they provided almost all the necessities.

No complain. Just maybe the bedside table a bit dusty which I don’t mind but it’s visible when the table lamp is on. Doesn’t look nice

The facilities and location are great, and the price very reasonable.

Great location, useful facilities including kitchen and laundry in-room. Free parking. I have stayed here several times before, and the price is quite reasonable for the location near Broadway and Central Station.

I booked a one bedroom apartment with "city views". What I got was a one bedroom apartment at street level with a view of a large gymn window directly across. Could not open the curtains most of the time. Not a big issue for a short stay but would have been claustrophobic if longer than a few days. There are a few minor signs of wear and tear but pretty typical for any holiday apartment.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay the room, although parking costs

I enjoyed the location the staff lady was just fabulous and friendly.

The bathroom had no ventilation an black mold present on roof of bathroom and the shock to find out we had to pay extra to park the car $20 a night

parking : Great. Location : Great. Staff are fantastic And hot water!!

Fridge needs to be replace, shelf broken and freezer only works on coolest setting. No draws for Clothing.

Great location. Great pool and rooftop area. Great kitchen and laundry facilities.

Room with balcony, swimming pool, good water pressure, substantial sized room.

Room wasn't clean (mould under glass dining table, bathroom floor filthy). One of the balcony sliding doors couldn't be locked as the lock had been removed - VERY UNSAFE as we were on the 1st floor. Television had no SMART TV and no Foxtel, etc. Only free to air channels which had poor reception. Reception closed early and no one there. Had to phone for some assistance and call went through to another suburb so if there was an emergency there would be no help.

Good

The room is spacious and has the kitchen can satisfy your basic needs (fridge, dishwasher). There is washer and dryer in the bathroom. Free parking is a great bonus. Central location. Room was clean.

Property located in a very busy intersection and the room is quite noisy. Although the room was very clean, it is a bit outdated, with old furniture. As for every place in Sydney, it is quite expenseive for what you get.

A tidy, comfortable apartment for the modest budget.

The apartment had everything I needed to be totally self-sufficient while staying in the area. Even down to the washer and drier. I cooked some of my own meals using the stove top and microwave. I enjoyed how secluded the balcony felt so I could sit out there without feeling like I could be seen from the ground.

The oven wouldn't heat up even after I reset the clock, so there was that... also, one of the castor wheels on the bed was bent so the bed didn't feel straight. There was still water in the kettle when I arrived, which I think was left from the previous guest. But these were all minor things that I was able to work around.

Okay, but pricey for what you get.

Quiet, comfortable bed, nice big TV, very nice staff. Adequate kitchen for short stay. Good washing machine and dryer.

A bit further from public transport than I’d realised. Shower stall floor needed a really good scrub - grouting was dirty. Lighting not very good - needs something to light the room when curtains are closed as they must be for privacy. I’ve stayed in motels for far less money that were better fitted out and had cleaner bathrooms.

terrific location and a comfortable place to stay

great central location. easy to get anywhere as it is close to trains the staff were excellent, especially Jarina at the front desk. she is very pleasant and exceptionally helpful.

each apartment is individually owned and some are better than others. the furniture in this unit needs to be updated. the chairs were stained and dirty and quite worn out

It had everything that was necessary

The room absolutely reeked of cigarettes, the couch wasn't that comfortable, the tv couldn't pick up any channels and the bathroom wasn't overly that clean.
