Great location on Hasting street although being at the front on the property it was loud during the evenings given it was school holidays with lots of drunk teenagers making noise on the street. Property was pleasant and clean without being high end luxurious.
Noise from the street during the evenings (suspect this is specific to school holidays) but not much you can do about that other than potential double glazing.
