altogether we loved our stay!

Best thing about this property is the location in my opinion, everything is located around this area and you can more or less walk to wherever you want. Balcony was the 2nd plus for us, it's always nice to sit under the sun and drink your morning coffee!

The bed and blankets could be better, blankets didn't suite the hot weather of Lisbon. I have slept in better beds with better pillows. the whole suite could use more cleaning, maybe Lisbon is bit dusty, I don't know, maybe our unit wasn't used for a week, I don't know. it wasn't dirty at all but could be more clean anyway!

definitely recommend for this even you are on solo trip

this is a well equipped apartment cater for every needs to a traveller. The environment is super clean with home like staying.

A very nice apartment and Rachel the host is most helpful. Great suggestions for eating and other things.

Proximity to everything is fantastic

The steps but no big deal with someone else to carry the heavy suitcase up them.

Wasn’t horrible or bad but wouldn’t stay there again!

it looks much smaller and different in the pictures

the host was excellent but the cleaning staff were rude

Great location, but definitely NOT recommended for elderly people. Bring your own Nespresso!

Excellent location, close to Tram 28 and Gloria and Bico funiculars. Good wifi

Steep stairs, difficult for elderly couple to contend with, especially with a heavy suitcase. Lack of bathroom accessories - no glasses, no space. No basic foodstuffs e.g. sugar, tea, salt and pepper, etc. Plugs in the kitchen didn't work. Had to bring toaster and coffee machine onto the lounge floor. We asked whether to bring Nespresso capsules. Told they would provide. There was just enough for 1 per person per day, we asked for more, never heard back. We never saw the host, just WhatsApp. But they never responded for extra coffee.

Amazing location

The location was perfect…the host,very helpful and nice.

We got the appartment 5 in a third floor without lift(bad luck I guess) The cleaning could be better to be fair and then some details in the appartment missing

Perfect location and assistance but flat can be much cleaner

The location is perfect! The mini terrace on the 3rd floor is very nice. Raquel was very helpful and the check-in/check-out process was very easy and convenient.

Overall the flat is a bit dusty and can be much cleaner, the bathroom is quite old and could be better cleaned/maintained. The bed is not so comfortable and quite old but ok for short stay. The kitchen was ok but there was no coffee pod.

The most uncomfortable bed ever & best location ever

1. We loved the location a lot!! It was very silent and no noises compared to where we was located (at the heart of the parties) and we loved this. 2. It was dark enough in the night, we love to black out the apartment and this could be achieved 3. I asked for small and more comfortable pillows and the host was kind to bring it to us. 4. The host let us check out a little later (2 hours after the usual check out time) 5. It was clean

1. We didn't like the bed. Omg it's so so bad we cannot even explain how bad it is. It is a portable bed but in the photos it looks like a normal bed but it isn't! They should let people know that it is a portable bed and it was a small bed for 2 persons. When we slept the bed made noises that waked me or my partner or both of us. 2. The stairs are very steep and too many stairs, no elevator and it might be bad for someone who doesn't like this. 3. We was given another apartment that we didn't book and after contacting them finally we got a better apartment but still not the one that we booked. 4. We had to wait 2-3 hours to check in because they didn't have it ready by noon. 5. If you plan to stay for 2+ days be prepared that you need to clean the apartment yourself because they don't clean it during the stay

The placement is just unbelievable, you’ll stay in the very center of Lisbon

The only con of the apartment is that the structure is made of wood and you hear every single step from the apartment above, if you are a light sleeper you should know that the sound could be a problem

Okay apartment in a nice neighbourhood

Location and the square meters.

It’s pretty hard not to hear neighbour sounds and doors in the building. The shower drain needs fixing. Some of the furniture is old, like the bed, and there wasn’t always a nice smell in the apartment and in the bedroom.

Great apartment for short term stays in Libson.

Incredible location in gorgeous Barrio Alto. Perfect for sightseeing and dining out! Also, props to the hosts for being so accommodating and punctual with responses!

The lack of basic resources such as cleaning equipment, tea and coffee and salt and pepper are quite disappointing for a 'premium' / 'superior' room. The apartment become dirty due to the lack of clothes e.t.c These amenities are standard even in the cheapest hotel.

Awesome stay in the middle of Lisboa

Lovely apartment in the middle of the buzz. Its super clean, comfortable beds, a rain shower with a good pressure. Raquel the host is very responsive and assisted me with all my requests. Having a balcony is definitely worth it. Thank you, will stay again.

The kitchen good have been slightly more equipped (such as pepper - salt - olive oil)

Passable

The location is very central and everything is pretty much walking distance.

There is no landing when you enter the front door. And so if you have suitcases you must climb this steep staircase as soon as the front door open which is very difficult. I had 2 suitcases and had to leave one outside on the street while I took one up the stairs which was quite unsafe.
