LOCATION – Peak 9 Inn at the Village at Breckenridge is one of the best locations in town. It is ideally situated next to the slopes and is only 50 yards from the QuickSilver SuperChair. Ski school for the kids is located just outside the door. You will also love being only one block from Main Street to take advantage of all of the shopping, dining and night life that Breckenridge has to offer. UNIT AMENITIES – This cozy condo is perfect for couples or a small family and features a full kitchen with granite tile counter tops and rustic pine cabinetry. Gorgeous views of Baldy Mountain are right through the picture window in the living room. Catch a quick nap during the day or unwind on the couch to watch a movie on the flat screen TV after a busy day on the mountain. Every stay over 5 nights, guests will receive one complimentary mid-stay clean. RESORT AMENITIES – PLEASE NOTE: Being a guest at the Village at Breckenridge gives you full access to all of the resort amenities including shuttle, ski school, ski rentals, movie room, and fully remodeled fitness center including indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and health club. This property is super clean and you can’t beat the location. Communication with the company was outstanding and this is my second year staying with them. Highly recommend and I will be back again next year!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The facilities are good and have everything you would expect in an apartment. The location is great. We would definitely come again.

Had a great time. Property was just as expected. Very close to slopes and we rented skis directly downstairs. From the description, I wasn’t sure that we would get a guaranteed parking garage space, but we found a spot immediately. We didn’t have any trouble with parking. Only negative, and it’s a minor thing, is the Bluetooth phone app used for opening doors and garage worked well excepted our room where it was a little bit iffy.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an slightly more economical choice, but since nothing at Breck is what most would consider “affordable,” I think next time I’d rather opt to pay a bit more and enjoy a more comfortable stay. The unit is well-loved, which is fine, but really does need some update linens and pillows to justify existing in Breck. The bedding for the sofa bed was marginal (a couple of sheets and a small throw blanket), and the sofa bed itself wasn’t something an adult should be subjected to. The building is in a great location and has lovely amenities like an indoor/outdoor pool, gym, and game room. But my bottom line is that I would not choose this unit again in the future until it gets a refresh.

Nice condo, great location, good value, good checkin process. Easy walk to lifts and main st. Common facilities lobby pool gym hot tub were really nice. Underground garage parking. Only suggestion is to say which building on the checkin materials as well as detailed directions to the correct region of the garage. It’s a bit tricky to navigate.

The location of the property is excellent. It’s close to town and the chairlift. The condo itself was clean and away from the elevators so you weren’t disturbed in the middle of the night. I would 100% rent again.

Overall, we had a good experience! We had some trouble getting into the condo but pinnacle properties were quick to help fix our keys. They were quick to respond which was a plus. Pool and multiple hot tubs were great! My only complaint was I wish we had some more cooking utensils but we made do with what we had. Would go back!
