Room service was amazing. The braised short rib meal was excellent. The rain shower was heaven and the body wash was convenient and of great quality.
It would nice to have more variety in your snacks area. I know there are restaurants on premise but small sandwiches or cheese snacks would be nice for a grab and go.

Muy agradable estancia, el hotel esta en el hotel circle, muy centrico, las habitaciones muy limpias y las camas muy comodas
No me gusto que me cobraran el estacionamiento y que no nos repusieran las aguas de cortesia en la habitacion

Everything but best of all the gorgeous smell!

First, given an accessible room which I did not reserve. Had to call to get us switched to another room. Then new room had broken AC. Since it was already last midnight, we were too tired to deal with another issue. We opened to sliding door, but the light on the patio was on all night, keeping us awake. We slept poorly. The next day when we checked out, front desk didn’t care. The front desk person told me that he only works one day a week, so can’t do anything about it. We paid $300, for a room with broken AC, a light that was on all night and poor service. Horrible experience for a hotel of this class.

Te staff who greeted us when we arrived was extremely friendly.
Also the dinner at the restaurant was great, and although we were a bit late, we got 100% great service.

The lobby, close to attractions.
Hotel has nasty / broken decor. Buttons on tufted headboard were missing. Holes in the shower curtain. Stains on carpet.

Location left a bit to be desired. View of the interstate was horrible.

It was absolutely beautiful! The beds were extremely comfortable. It was very clean/ well taken care of, and an amazing staff - Tuli is one of my favorite people now!
Every hotel I've ever been to always has complimentary ice water or coffee somewhere around the lobby and that wasn't ever an option at this place. As pretty as it was I think a beautiful glass water filtered system would be fine in their lobby without taking anything away from what's there in the clean atmosphere. And the coffee option was going to the restaurant and paying $4.75 for a small cup of black coffee.

Nothing; it was so nice to have a clean and quiet room.

The toilet paper was cheap. I was surprised for it being such a nice facility you would use very low quality paper.
