Very comfortable and warm apartment with good soundproofing. There were all that we need and even more. Not in the center, but easy to get there by the tram. Shop is across the street.

Electric kettle didn't switch out itself. It was difficult at first to deal with an electric stove

The queen size bed was very comfortable. Tram was about 5 minute away and not too far from the city centre. It was clean in general and the check in was easy.

The sofa bed was a little to tight. The room did not have paper towel and slippers. Changing the towels comes with an extra fee. A sink should be put in the small bathroom.

Lovely apartment with a balcony, working kitchen and spacious bathroom. Living room was nice, big enough for 6 adults to enjoy watching the TV. Each of the 3 rooms had enough space for large luggages. Safe neighbourhood with supermarket just opposite of the building.

The powerpoint in the living room was inaccessible unless you bring a cord extension. And you have to bend to reach it. I am 5 feet and even I had problem trying to reach the powerpoint of the living room. The powerpoint in the rest of the rooms are fine.

Rezervisali smo apartman One Bedroom Apratman od 54 kvadrata, a dobili smo mali apartman od 40 kvadrata. Kad sam pitao menadžera kako je došlo do toga i da li ima slobodan taj koji smo platili, on je rekao da nema i da pišemo Booking-u. Uopšte nisu hteli da nam izađu u susret i isprave grešku na bilo koji način. Ovaj mali apartman, nije funkcionalan, krevet u spavaćoj sobi je od zida do zida i noge ne mogu da stanu, udaraju u zid, dok sofa u dnevnoj sobi na razvlačenje je potpuno uništena i leđa propadaju, kao da spavate u rupi. Pored toga, u wc-u ne postoji umivaonik i ne možete ruke da operete, već morate da pređete u drugu prostoriju gde je tuš kabina.

Apartamentul era situat intr-o zona liniștita,la 20 de metri era stație de autobuz/tramvai,foarte spațios și primitor.Am stat doua familii cu cate doi copii.Magazin alimentar peste drum,acces in proprietate foarte practic și ușor.A fost o ședere plăcută și la vara ne vom întoarce cu siguranța la aceeași locație.

Very clean and well maintained, big unit and we loved having a washing machine . Close to transport into the city . We found a great restaurant very close called am Nordpol which I can highly recommend

Rozkladaci gauc v obyvacim pokoji neni vhodny na spani. Velka prohluben v matraci. Praskla varna deska v kuchyni a spinavy grill po predchozich hostech.

The apartment is located near the city center and it is pretty good. The location is super convenient, right near some local restaurants, which I loved. It's in a renovated building, and the rooms are nice and clean. The rooms are warm and comfortable, nothing fancy, but everything you need. The bed was comfy and I slept well, which is always a plus. It's great being so close to everything, but it was still quiet enough at night. The cleanliness of the place stood out. It's always nice to stay somewhere that feels well-kept. Didn’t have any issues during my stay. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you want to be near the city center and don't need anything too luxurious. Good value for the location.

The only issue we faced was with the sleeping arrangements. Although the apartment accommodates multiple guests, two of us had to sleep on a couch, and frankly, it wasn’t very comfortable. It made our nights less restful than we had hoped, which was a bit of a letdown. The apartment's warmth and cleanliness are commendable, and it would be a good choice if you’re traveling solo or as a couple. But for a group, the sleeping situation could be a problem, especially if you're expecting comfortable beds for everyone.

Tram is very close to facilities. Nice beds and easy to work through instructions to check in and out. Rooms were very clean and the showers were great after a cold day. Grocery store across the street for stocking up the kitchen space.

Access to tram was close but pretty far from the main attractions if traveling by foot. Attention needs to be placed in the bathroom bottom to clean up the mildew. Duvet was great, mattress was great, sheets were not.

PRO: Monolocale molto accogliente, caldissimo, moderno e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno a Vienna di 4 gg con la mia famiglia (2 bambini piccoli). Comodissimo il self check in... Il proprietario ci ha fornito anche sapone per i piatti, sale e zucchero(elementi non scontati) Sotto casa c'è nun discount l'Hofer molto comodo per acquistare latte, e cose di prima necessità. Non è posizionato al centro, ma molto ben collegato con i mezzi. All'appartamento si prende il tram n 5 direzione Prater, da qui la metro U1 o U3 per andare in centro... Praticamente in 10 min ci si trova in centro. Ottimo appartamento! Ci tornerei assolutamente! 👍 CONTRO: Assenza del bidet; ma essendo italiani questo problemino (se così lo vogliamo chiamare) lo riscontriamo ovunque in Europa.

Ļoti labi apartamenti, perfekta atrašanās vieta, netālu sabiedriskā transporta pietura. Līdz centram 10 minūtes ar sabiedrisko transportu. Ļoti ērti iekļūt apartamentos jebkurā laikā, jo ir durvju kods. Viss tīrs, ļoti labi iekārtots. Īpašnieks ļoti atsaucīgs.

A spacious extremely clean and well-stocked apartment. Short walk to trams to travel easily to all attractions. Grocery store opposite to purchase any required food or toiletries. Helpful reception staff available on weekdays only. Easy access with key safe and door codes.

Good size apartment in a great location for exploring Vienna! The tram connections are convenient and easy.

Der Reinigungsbeauftragte hatte keinen guten Tag, als er die Wohnung für uns hergerichtet hat. Hier wurde aber schnell von der Servicestelle geholfen!

Apartament mare, confortabil cu toate dotările necesare. Cartier liniștit, stație de tramvai în fața apartamentului.

Canapeaua din living scârțâie foarte deranjant. Distanță cam mare până în centru, aprox. 3 km. Preț mare pentru parcarea din subsolul blocului.

Nice view from the balcony of a nearby park. The apartment was modern and looked very nice. Had everything we needed for a family of 5. Convenient check out and check in with a key safe with password. Wifi was good. We got there on a weekend, so we parked the car on the street nearby with no charge and used the tram to get to where we needed.
