Cozy condo across from the beach! The space has everything you would need or want, including a balcony that's cozy enough to sleep on. Wish we had more time to take advantage of all the amenities. David was super helpful, and the communication was pleasant.

Condo was well appointed and clean. Loved the easy beach access just across the street. Beautiful locale. Easy drive or golf cart ride to all the fun to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. Really the best of both worlds, beach-serene and lively fun Duval Street.

My friends and I absolutely loved it here. It's just a short walk away from the beach and a quick ride to downtown. We wished we could've utilized the bikes provided but had too busy of a weekend! The place was so cute and clean. Not to mention the view was incredible! I would come back and stay here again.

This was our first visit to key West and we were not sure where to stay. We made the correct choice by booking this La Brisa condo through David. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. David was very accommodating and organized through the process. We will definitely book this condo again if we go back to Key West!

The unit was exactly as described and ideally situated across from Smathers Beach. We were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the unit was, from an abundance of beach towels, to beach chairs, bikes, kitchen items and laundry detergent. The owners truly thought of everything that might make the stay more pleasant. The next time we visit Key West we will return to this unit.

Had a great stay at LaBrisa condo. Had everything we could need and more. The condo was spacious and super clean! We really liked the pool area as well. David was easy to work with. We enjoyed a relaxing few days and exploring Key West on our first visit to the area.

Really enjoyed Dave’s place. It’s well stocked and comfortable. It’s perfect for a family/friend get together. I would book this unit again. The complex pool is wonderful. The sargassum at Smathers Beach was a bit stinky, but that is intermittent.

One of the best places we have ever stayed. Location, beauty, cleanliness, amenities. Dave and Nancy left no stone unturned. Everything you could ever dream of is in the modern, gorgeous, condo and then outside is the Atlantic Ocean and a heated pool and hot tub. Covered parking and all your beach essentials and bikes. Highest quality everything and Dave is so nice. He walks you through finding the condo, parking, and getting settled in. And then you don't have to do anything on check out. Truly a vacation from start to finish. Thank you so much.

We were only there for 2 nights to go to Dry Tortugas Nat’l Park; wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was very clean & the best equipped I’ve ever stayed in! Would definitely stay there again & recommend to others.

We had a great stay at the condo and in Key West. Great communications with David and easy check in process. Condo was awesome and the bikes and beach items were a bonus. We used the bikes and beach chairs every day. David was very responsive when a small problem came up and he had it fixed quickly. Loved the balcony in the morning watching the sun come up- very relaxing. Enjoyed relaxing at the pool in the afternoon after spending the morning touring Key West. Would definitely consider renting this condo again if we decide to return to Key West for vacation.

WOW! Girls trip 2023 was a hit! Fabulous Host, sent us a text with detailed information, answered very quickly on any questions we had for our stay. Very clean, condo, excellent location, bikes were included(big bonus), besch chairs,.umbrella's, beach towels. Most comfortable beds ever, very updated condo, huge enjoyable balcony with ocean view and really nice lounge furniture, not only coffee maker, but also a Keurig, very nice pool area, tennis courts, 3 gas grills with very nice clean private area with picnic tables nextbto tennis court and pool. The pool has outdoor shower, very clean restroom, pool noodles to use. We would definitely stay again, we already tried to book next year.same time, but someone beat us to. Maybe next time. Highly recommend Dave and Nancy’s condo if planning a trip to Key West! This is probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in! My husband and I were here for a wedding. The condo location was the highlight of the trip… Literally across the street from Smathers Beach and half a mile down the road from the airport! It was nice being just a 10 min Uber ride from Duval Street and was quiet at night. Condo pool was great, with access to bathrooms if needed. Dave was very quick to communicate and answered all questions clearly/concisely. Highly recommend this condo if you’re looking for a clean, quiet stay in Key West.

The condo was perfect. It was very spacious and included all that we needed plus more. The view is spectacular and morning coffee on the balcony doesn't get much better. Communication throughout was great! It was wonderful to have bikes available to us as well as beach chairs. I highly recommend this property if you're looking for somewhere to stay for your trip to Key West.

I will plan all of my future Key West trips around availability of this unit! I have stayed at quite a few condo units in the Keys and throughout FL and this is hands down THE BEST! David was amazing to work with. He really wants to make sure you have a wonderful experience and you can feel his pride for his BEAUTIFUL space and we’re very grateful that he shared it with us! I have never seen a unit so well stocked! From Beach towels, spices, sunscreen, to laundry detergent, and even a step stool for us that are vertically challenged! :) He has really thought about it all! The pool area is gorgeous and the temp control on it is great! The residents are all so warm and welcoming, it was a very pleasant experience! The amenities David offers are also top notch! Make sure to use the bikes, you’ll probably find it’s even easier than using a car to get around. Also, the pool noodles, Beach chairs, and tennis rackets were much appreciated! The area is very clean and everything was very comfortable! Pictures honestly don’t even do this unit justice! The views are incredible and the balcony area is perfect! The swivel tv is a wonderful addition and we were able to watch some playoff football games from the balcony! The access to the beach is fabulous! I could go on and on about how wonderful our stay was! Best experience we have ever had in Key West!!!

First, communication and check-in was first class. David is the best to work with and he made everything super easy. Even checked in to see if we needed anything. Next, the condo is great. The location is ideal for beach activities. The bikes provided are a huge plus making all parts of the island accessible and they are fun too. The furnishings are beach vibe cool and the place was well stocked with everything you need for a special family retreat. Restaurants and grocery store are all an easy bike ride ( or walk) away. Checking out was even easier ( if that is even possible) and transportation to and from airport is a breeze (even if you don’t rent a car). We stay in a lot of vacay rentals and this was the best so far! Thanks, David, for helping to make our family outing special!
