It was overall a great experience.

It was good. I liked they had a variety of food.

I wish they had bacon too. They only had sausage.

Nice overall, a little room for improvement

Nicely updated & welcoming customer service on arrival

Dirty under the beds, feathers & make up under the bed that floated out and onto the floor where my kids were playing

They need to properly clean and sanitize or it won’t be a very nice hotel for long

The facilities are new with a heated pool and comfortable beds

They dont clean the rooms properly. I had to ask to have my bathroom clean and sanitized. Also had to ask to have sheets changed. They haven’t properly swept or mopped that room yet it’s a hotel that takes pets! COVID is an issue in Texas I couldn’t believe they weren’t more careful about cleanliness!

Nice clean property, convenient location, friendly staff.

Location, friendly staff and accommodated late arrival- bar and restaurant were open past 10 pm.

It would be nice to see designated pet area outside.

Location, near freeway and accessible to many stores around.

Room was small for my family size. Room cleanliness needed to be done. Sheets had stains and bathroom dirty.

disappointed in lack of follow up regarding my new robe being taken from my room.

Location was difficult to get to due to street signs not placed.

My new white waffle robe was taken as a dirty towel on my last day. I emailed the manager and was never contacted back

Good with some issues

Good location, friendly, efficient staff, nice facilities.

The room was not fully stocked (no soap, shampoo, lotions) minimal teas. Window coverings did not operate properly. The biggest drawback was having to shoo flies while trying to eat our breakfast. If we wanted a camping experience, we would have booked one…

Would recommend.

We have utilized this property several times in our travels. The staff are friendly and efficient, the facility well-maintained.

This time we spent a great deal of time shooing flies away while were trying to eat our breakfast in the dining area. I realize only so much can be done with the main door only a few feet away. But surely some steps can be taken.

Beautiful hotel with undertrained staff and lack of enthusiasm to be working in hospitality!

Housekeeping staff and Max and Wes. All top notch.

No push carts when needed most and no assistance with luggage.

It was adequate for our single night travel needs, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

General location within Amarillo was fine for our travel needs. Near some fast food restaurants. Pleasant lobby. Breakfast was fine, though fresh fruit would be nice. Easy checkin and checkout.

Room fridge not working. Awkward bathroom layout with no outer door. Location amidst lots of construction. View overlooked parking lot and construction. Questionable men loitering and leering in parking lot. Window shade broken and wouldn’t go up at all or go down all the way to block bright lights in parking lot. No luggage carts (supposedly all in use but never saw any).

Our stay was comfortable and homey.

The hotel was conveniently located for access to I 40. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The walk in shower was fabulous. Breakfast offered many delicious options.

It was good for our family. They loved the pool and the breakfast was always great. It was raining a lot during our stay

Had 4 moths in the room. stain on the side of the mattress and the sheet had a hole in the side. The tile in the shower fell off randomly fell off in the bottom corner.
