Welcome to Heavenly Vistas, our private, luxury penthouse suite in the heart of Canmore with spectacular, 360° views – the finest in town! Our large 3 bedroom townhouse, with modern finishes and a private deck, is in walking distance to all amenities and is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Canmore is the gateway to the Rockies and an ideal home base to explore Banff, Lake Louise, and Moraine Lake. We would love to be your hosts on your next visit to our beautiful and vibrant mountain town! THE SUITE This well-appointed, 1500 sq. ft. penthouse suite occupies the entire 3rd floor of the building, offering quiet privacy. This is the perfect place for families. You will enjoy unobstructed views of the entire Bow Valley (including the Three Sisters mountain range), with mountain views in every room of the house. Our cleaners are following all protocols to ensure all touch points are properly sanitized between each stay. The property is professionally managed, to ensure a pleasant stay for all of our guests. There are numerous features in this home that will make your stay in Canmore truly memorable: ○ 3 large bedrooms (king bed, and 2 queen beds) with mountain views, 2 full bathrooms ○ Open-concept living and dining spaces with vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light ○ The unit comfortably accommodates 8 people (living room features a pull-out queen-sized sofa bed) ○ A large, modern gourmet kitchen with induction stove and quartz countertops, complete with everything you need to cook delicious meals ○ Air conditioning ○ A 330 sq. ft. private south-facing deck with BBQ and dining set ○ In-suite washer and dryer ○ Fireplace ○ Cable TV (one in the living room, one in the master bedroom), high-speed wireless internet. ○ A set of 4 small stairs takes you from the main entrance to the main living area, with no stairs to the bedrooms or kitchen ○ A baby gate is installed and ready for use if needed ○ A crib is available if required ~~EXCLUSIVE PROMOTION FOR OUR GUESTS~~ *Enjoy an exclusive discount ON ALL SPORTS EQUIPMENT at Gear Up Sports, located at 1302 Bow Valley Trail (a walking distance from our townhouse!). Located in Canmore, Alberta, we are in close proximity to some great cycling trails including the Legacy Trail and Canmore Nordic Centre. We proudly rent Giant Hybrid style bikes and E-Bikes. We are fully committed to providing top equipment and great customer service, and all summer rentals are routinely maintained to provide a great experience out on the trails or in the mountains." THE LOCATION You are a 10-15 minute easy walking distance to all of Canmore’s major amenities and its downtown core – grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, a world-class indoor recreation centre with swimming/steam room/hot tub/gym/rock climbing, galleries, boutiques, pharmacies, sports rental shops, a hospital, and much more. You are also in walking distance to several walking, hiking, and biking trails (from beginner to advanced) which can take you throughout the valley. There are also several parks and playgrounds nearby. There is also a TESLA SUPERCHARGER station in walking distance to our home. You can park at the station, begin charging, and walk back home and wait there until your charging is done! Our home is in the heart of town just off a main road, making it easy to find and convenient for those with a vehicle. However, the unit is on the top floor of the building and set back from the street, giving you a feeling of quiet seclusion. Our home is also in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. There is ample street parking on the street at the front of the building, or alternatively there are two tandem (one in front of the other) parking stalls to the rear of the building, directly in front of the MIDDLE garage. You are also a 5-10 minute walk to the #3 and #5 Roam Transit bus which take you throughout Canmore and Banff. Please see our guidebook for further details and our favourite places to eat, visit, and play. Canmore is a vibrant mountain town with an abundance of amenities, a thriving tourism and outdoor sports industry, and a friendly, laid-back atmosphere. As a bonus, there is no Kananaskis Park fee to stay in Canmore! Very well appointed, great use of space, loved all the family room seating. Beds were comfortable, sheets were lovely, lots of cozy blankets for everyone. Didn't use the kitchen but seemed like it had everything you'd need. Appreciated the guest handbook pro idea in advance and at the unit with all relevant info. Would highly recommend and will book again in the future.
