The best part about this house was having a bathroom connected to every bedroom. There were 6 women on the trip so having that many bathrooms made a big difference in getting ready time. The location was perfect, we could walk to the street car if we knew we were going to be out drinking but also our car rental could be safely parked in the driveway. We had issues with our first rental car and needed to switch out vehicles when we first arrived. Due to this issue we were able to reach out to the owners and ask if we could drop our luggage off and they were nice and understanding of the situation. If or when we go back to New Orleans this will be the house we will try to stay in again.

Our stay at the historical home was a great experience. The renovated VRBO shared the same New Orleans architectural nostalgia. Tall ceilings, wide planks flooring, tall ceilings and soft pastel colors.
Everything was neat, clean and cool (A/C) like you'd expect when you complete a 7-hour drive. There were no issues with the rental and the hosts were very responsive before and after our stay. Our area was surprisingly not as noisy as we thought given the celebration that were going on. Thus we had quiet night sleeps.
I'm glad to see the neighborhood's continued improvement and diversity since my visit some time ago. We were minutes or blocks away from all amenities and entertainment which made our navigation much easier.
I will definitely rent with Ms. Brehm's Mid-City/NO Vrbo in the near future.

This was a awesome home. Great character and the location was convenient to the trolley and other food option.

We really enjoyed our stay in your home. It was in the perfect location. Plenty of space. Four bedrooms with everyone having their own bath is unheard of. Plus a half bath for your visiting guest.
Close to downtown and Canal street. The home has a wheelchair ramp which is important because I have an electric wheelchair.
The police station is a few streets over.
Most important The Ruby Slipper Cafe is right across the street yall!!!
Have Fun!!!

We came into town for my son in law’s graduation from Tulane law and it was such a great time and wonderful property. Whole family enjoyed it. Wish we had known of this place 3 years.

The space was perfect for our siblings weekend! Each bedroom had a bathroom which was nice and allowed for privacy.

This was my first experience with VRBO. My four friends and I Had plenty of room there. There were 4 spacious bedrooms each with their Own bath or shower. We had plenty of room. It was very tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable. It was very clean. It was just a few blocks from the trolley.
Our host was great answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Everything was comfortable and we felt safe. There was off the street parking. I would highly recommend this place.

Big house! Great to have bathrooms for each room. Close to trolly and gas station and great coffee shop/breakfast restaurant across the street in both directions. The drive way was torn up during our stay and replaced which caused some construction noise but the owner informed ahead which was nice. Paid a few extra bucks to have an evening check out Sunday. Over all good place to stay with group of 6 friends.

The house was wonderful! It had NOLA charm yet updated. Each of the four bedrooms had their own baths - no need to wait and share with anyone. We had breakfast in the mornings and then spent the rest of the day having a Progressive Taste-Treat-Drink in NOLA. There is so much to explore.
The neighborhood is still in transition and not one that I would recommend walking around. There was a local Mexican grocery store down the street that fulfilled all of our grocery needs.

We stay 6 days; Mid-town city location was good with short distances to all NO attractions.
Construction on street by house was very inconvenient. Spacious house make us comfortable to stay; big plus each bedroom has own bathroom.

Very spacious , cute house with lots of rooms and bathrooms for 8 people. Comfy common areas to hang out and great location in NOLA. Near trolley and yummy popular restaurant across the street! Best communications with property management and owner . Check-in was very easy! I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit New Orleans!

Everything was great with the place! Only complaint is that the driveway was not paved as it was in the photo so it led to a lot of sand everywhere! Other than that, plenty of space for large groups and super clean!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! We comfortably accommodated 12 adults here (with 4 on pull out couches) over 3 three nights. Having 4.5 baths for a group of that size was a dream. The street is quiet, the kitchen is stocked with essential cookware, everything feels spacious (even the hallway!), and checkout was easy. The host was very accommodating and responsive! Zero complaints :)

Met in NOLA as middle point with some family. There were 8 of us total and having a private bathroom with each bedroom was perfect.
This was a great central location in Mid-City to go uptown to the children’s museum or down to the French quarter. Lots of great local restaurants nearby as well.
Communication with property manager was very good, very responsive when there was some utility work that the city was doing on our arrival.

Everything was as described. Communication with the property manager was very responsive. All in all, a nice place to stay to see the sights. The Ruby Slipper Restaurant was across the street and the Canal St streetcar was 3 short blocks away. We had a great time!

I stayed here with my brother and parents for his 30th birthday. The house was wonderful: spacious, clean and everyone had their own en suite bathroom, which was very nice!! The neighborhood wasn’t *quite* what we expected, but we totally understand that’s out of the owner’s control. We never felt unsafe, the house just seemed a bit out of place with the surroundings. However! It was very convenient - an easy Uber ride (less than 10 min) to Canal St, Bourbon St, Frenchman St, etc…which we wanted to experience, but didn’t necessarily want to stay right on those strips. Ubers were very easy to get and there is a Whole Foods within walking distance to stock up on snacks 😊 Overall, we were really happy with the convenience, cleanliness and comfort of the house!!

Location is great. It’s about a ten minute Uber to any major attraction. The space is large and comfortably fit 6 people. And the management team was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this place for a group trip.

We booked this rental last minute, but the booking process and reservation system was a breeze.
The ability to have 4 Bedrooms and everyone has their own bathroom was one of the reasons we picked this place. There were a ton of extras provided such as trash bags, spices, tide pods, etc. We even paid it forward and provided more items for future renters to use.
The location may make you feel uneasy, but there were no issues, ease to downtown and other areas was a quick drive.
We had a blast!

Location Location Location for Jazz Fest! Located in the heart of Mid City, this spacious New Orleans-vibey home was terrific. A very short drive to and from to the Fair Grounds and the French Quarter made trips fun and easy. Our group enjoyed the clean home and the attentiveness of our host! On the very first day the home felt a little warm and within an hour she had the AC guy to figure it out (super easy fix btw). We really appreciated that and it was comfortable all weekend. We look forward to coming back!

February 2022 Stay
Rented out this house for a long weekend get-away with a group of friends. The house had everything that we need and the host was always quick to respond whenever we had questions. The weather was unusually cool while we were in NoLa so the house was a bit on the chilly side. Even so, the host was in constant communication with us while we worked to get the heat up and running.. This place was perfect for our group stay.

We absolutely loved the property! Perfect space for the girls! Only recommendation on the unit that I would give, switch to white linens and white towels! But other than that, communication was always quick and professional! Loved our stay!
