About this condo rental
With 120sq.m on the 2nd floor of a very charming building from the early 19th century, a few minutes walk from the most prestigious avenue in Lisbon, Avenida da Liberdade, it's perfect for families and groups of friends traveling together. It is ideal for those who want to discover the vibrant side of Lisbon, a family traveling on a short break, a romantic getaway in the historic district of Principe Real or a business trip to Lisbon. THE SPACE: The apartment is newly renovated. With a total of 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 12 people. It has a living room and a dining room, 2 large bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Rooms have large windows with lots of sunlight and well equipped with excellent quality mattresses. We also provide FREE cable TV (over 100 channels), high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi; Bath towels and bed linen and hair dryer are also included; A "Baby Pack" with crib, bathtub and stroller, available upon request for an extra fee. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - Bookings from third parties are not permitted. If more than 6 guests, please specify the age and nationality of all guests before booking. - All guests must submit a copy of a passport or ID card. - You will have exclusive and total access to the apartment. The apartment is not shared with other guests, employees, hosts or owners. Enjoy the total privacy of your own apartment. - The nightly rest of the neighbors must be respected. This apartment is located in a historical and residential building. - It is totally forbidden to make noise after 22:00, parties are not allowed and noise in building common areas must be kept at a minimum. - Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or any part of the building. - Any damage must be covered by the guest. - Failure to comply with these rules may lead to fines and/or expulsion from the apartment. - Only the number of guests indicated at the time of booking are authorized to use the apartment. - The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival. On your departure, you are required to take out the garbage and leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. Please note the fee for check ins outside of our standard check in time: 3:00pm to 6:55pm - Free 7:00pm to 11:55pm - €30 12:00am (midnight) to 8.55am - €50 9:00am to 2:30pm - €20 Late check out fee for check out after 10am: €25 Extra laundry will incur an extra charge. P.S.: Travel restrictions may change at short notice. It’s important that you check government advice in your departure and destination countries before travelling. PLEASE NOTE: For longer stays we might carry out a mandatory extra cleaning payable by the guest during the middle of your stay. This it to ensure our flat is kept at the highest standards.

Flat was nice,but not very clean.
1. All white fans were caked with dust.
2. Pillow covers were stained, bleach stains, but not a good image for renting a flat.
3. only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person for 10 days??
4. It would be nice if there were written instructions on the use of the stove and overn, the dishwasher, the clothes washer.
5. Space heaters worked sufficientlly. I don't know the requirements in portugal but because the heaters operated with propane tanks indoors, carbon monixide alarms should be placed in the flat for saftey.
6. A self of some sort in the shower would be nice to hold shampoo,etc. intead of placing them on the floor of the shower.

The apartment is as you can see in the pictures. Only to notice there is a room without windows, it is enough to sleep.
It was right for my family (9 people). We could breakfast and dinner there confortable. The only negative thing was some part of the kitchen needed a more thorough and detailed cleaning.

This turned out to be a great place to stay to explore Lisbon. We walked to everything we wanted to see and tried to do some things off the usual tourist beaten path. The apartment was clean, quiet, and well suited for our party of seven.

My family and I had a great time in this apartment. We were welcomed by Lurdes who walked us through the space. It had adequate space for our family of 8 which made it very comfortable & the 2 full bathrooms were perfect! 30 minutes walk from most of the areas we went to and easy to access public transport.

Awesome Lisbon
Excellent communication with staff. Place was exactly as advertised, no surprises. Very clean and nice. We had a wonderful time in Lisbon. Location of property was good.
Would stay again. Great family place.

Quiet spot near amenities
This is a very clean, comfortable apartment. The walk to the metro is short (but coming home is uphill - it gets easier each day!) Lots of shopping and restaurants 15 minute walk and metro to anywhere in the city. There is also a bus that comes up the hill. We had everything we needed for our stay.

This was an okay place to stay. It was big and bright. The property manager was responsive and helped when we needed new propane etc.
Here is the not-so-great part of the stay...
Unfortunately, the beds are hard as a rock and my back hurt sleeping there. One bedroom smelled like smoke so badly that it was difficult to sleep in as well. The place was fairly clean but it had zero amenities. We only got 4 little bath towels and 4 hand towels. There is no dryer so they were always wet for showers. And the propane tanks only worked for part of the stay for heat. In the kitchen, there was only salt and sugar with no other amenities, and the property came with no hand soap in the bathrooms which was quite odd. So we had to use kitchen soap to wash our hands.
I would say if you want an inexpensive place in a decent location and can buy all your amenities, then this place would work for a larger family.

Familienulaub Lissabon
Gute Lage, Bushaltestelle um die Ecke, wir waren zu 9-t, zwei Familien. Due Raumaufteilung mit 3 Zimmern à3 Betten erwas schwierig, aber im Wohnzimmer ist ausreichend Platz. Ein Bett hat leider keine Belüftung, der Müll muss ein paar Straßen weiter entsorgt werden, aber ansonsten alles toll. Der Vermieter hat sich hervorragend gekümmert.

Everything was perfect at Casa Rosa. Accommodations were as depicted, place was very clean and pretty. It's also close to everything, via walking or transportation.
Hosts were super nice and adjusted to our needs, thanks Luisa and Jose.
The only warning I'd leave for future visitors is the lack of a living room inside the house. Siting area outside would have been great for the summer, but we visited during winter and couldn't use that.
Highly recommended from me, this was the best place I've stayed while using VRBO considering all factors (location, house, kitchen utensils, cleanliness).

Nice location and a good time
We stayed over Christmas in 2021. Place was clean and organized, location is good and with walking distance to a few good restaurants, overall we had a nice time.
There are a set of stairs before getting to the apartment, but if wasn't a problem for us to manage it.
Place was clean, a little light on utensils but not such a big problem. I think pictures from the location are realistic and depict the unit well.
I would stay again there.

We had a great time! The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures, clean and well furnished! The neighborhood is very conveniently located and accessible with transport. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
