Gerne wieder

Die Zimmeraufteilung war sehr gut und sehr geräumig. Die Sauberkeit war sehr in Ordnung. Die Kontaktaufnahme war sehr einfach und schnell, man war sehr bemüht um unser Wohlbefinden. Auch wenn das ganze Gebäude rauchfrei war, gab es Gott sei Dank einen kleinen Raucherbereich vor der Türe. Der Aufenthalt in diesem Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ich komm wieder, keine Frage .....

Ich musste aus privaten Gründen 3 Tage noch zubuchen. Die Besitzerin der Apartments ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und hat mir die Wohnung gleich nebenan für die 3 Tage anbieten können. Top1b, Medium Apartment, großer Schlaftaum, 2 Fenster, straßenseitig, 1 Sofa, 1Tisch und 3 Stühle. Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, 1 Elektroherdplatte (versteckt in einer Schublade). 1 kleines Bad mit Waschbecken und WC. Sehr sauber übernommen! Der Wechsel in Top1b wurde mir schriftlich mitgeteilt, wann ich in das kleine Apartment wechseln kann. Hier ist die Ausstattung gleich wie im med. Apartment.... nur das Bad ist größer. Geschirr für 1 Person vorhanden. Wurde ebenfalls sehr sauber übergeben, hier ist das Fenster in den Innenhof. Ich werde wieder hier buchen.... der Anschluß mit den Öffis ist super, man kann Wien von hier aus gut erkunden. Ich war fast 3 Wochen hier und habe auch viel im Grünen (Weinberge, alte und neue Donau) erwandert.... ca. 150 km marschiert :)

.... ich habe kundgetan, dass keine Steighilfe vorhanden ist, es ist ein Altbau.... dh. Die Räume sind sehr hoh und ich nur 1,65 m ..... konnte nicht alles erreichen :) Diese Kritik wurde gleich gerne gehört und man wird dies gleich ändern, wurde bis dato nicht beanstandet und auch nicht bedacht.

Bien para unos dias

Tiene el metro a un par de minutos con línea directa al centro. Hay una parada de bus justo en la puerta y un supermercado cruzando la calle. El apartamento es amplio.

Tiene dos puertas en la habitación que, aunque están cerradas, no sabes a dónde dan. La lavadora está en el rellano de la escalera, es comunitaria. La cocina es muy pequeña, tiene solo lo muy básico y la nevera es pequeñita. La puerta del baño es corredera y no aísla de ruidos.

Jasny i przestronny. Z pięknie odrestaurowanymi oknami skrzyniowym. Miał wszystko co niezbędne do pobytu. Wyposażony aneks kuchenny, z ekspresem do kawy (przelewowym oraz włoskim), suszarkę do włosów, deskę do prasowania, żelazko, pralkę i suszarkę. Bardzo czysty, z wygodnymi łóżkami. Gospodarze bardzo życzliwi, bardzo szybko odpowiadali na zadawane pytania. Zdecydowanie polecam

Superb

Great location in peaceful part of Vienna, easy to get to the U Bahn. Grocery shop is close to the apartment, also garage for the car.

Great place to stay!

Everything was clean, beds very comfortable, plenty of towels, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, lots of space for personal belongings. Recommended. Customer service was brilliant.

Parking in the area during the week is a bit difficult and costly so would recommend reserving parking space in advance at the property.

Excellent for us

Arrived here for the Bruce Springsteen concert. The property was 400m away from the S-Bahn, a big advantage, you can get anywhere with that combined with the U-bahn. You also have an restaurant at 10m from property, another one at 300m, one Tabac shop, one shaworma stop and a Billa. Buses are stopping right in front of the building. Two parking lots are available at the property, be sure to reserve it if you need. The property was clean, the access was easy and the other guests were civilized and nice. Also the building manager was nice, he helped us with a lot of needed informations (first time in Vienna for us). Not in the centre of the city but if you need one place to stay which is nice, quiet and clean, this is the one.

There was nothing to dislike.

Recommended :)

Really large apartment (No. 2c) - a lot of space, small but nice kitchen (there is a coffee machine to make a cup(s) of filtered coffee), nice bathroom, and large main room (with TV and comfort bed)! I was satisfied - the location is quite far from city centre, but bus stop can be found in front of the apartment house. And tram stop is only 800 m far from apartment... Wi-Fi connection with no problems :)

A little bit dirty (not in all rooms), and noisy neighbors (it would be sometimes expected but the main problem was door between apartments - don´t worry, door cannot be open, but it is quite thin and I could hear noise from next apartment around midnight)

Not great, not terrible

Proximity of public transport, shops near by. The apartment is averagely equiped, has got all necessites.

If you are traveling by car get ready for additional cost for parking space in front of the apartment for 25€ per night. Parking space is for one car, they rent it for two, so it is very hard to maneuver. You can use public garage one train station away for 4.1€/24h. In front of the apartment is a bus station, the noise is noticeable.

Good location but very noisy and the staff is rude and don't speak English! Do not recommend!

The location was good because there is a train station close to the hotel from where you can take a train to the city center and the travel to the center of Vienna is only 15 minutes. The price-quality balance is good, but only during winter and for a short stay! But for a longer stay or when the weather is warm it is not recommended to stay there.

Check out time is very early 10:00 AM which is a problem in case your flight is late. I left in 10:23 and one of the hotel staff started yelling and swearing at me in Romanian language because I vacated the room with 23 minutes later while the rooms are not given to the next customer until after 15:00, it looks like it took more than 4 hours for the room to be cleaned! And this happened to me even though before I arrive I asked to vacate the room at 11:00 in the day I leave and I was not refused. The hotel building is less than 10 meters from a busy boulevard and there is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Because of this it is very noisy 24/7, and there is no air conditioning in the rooms! Cars and buses are constantly passing, which make a lot of noise and in the summer you can't sleep because the window has to be open, due to the lack of air conditioning. Insects enter the rooms because the window must be open in the summer, and there are no mosquito nets on the windows. There were a lot of dirty cobwebs in the room. If you are traveling on a budget during the winter and up to two nights, this hotel is acceptable. But for a longer stay or when the weather is warm it is not recommended to stay there.

Good enough.

The preparation of the room was great. Its location was perfect for me.

The isolation of sound is so poor. I can hear everyone entering the hotel since I took the ground floor. I can hear every car on the road.

Superb

The 1210Apartment met all my expectations. There were all facilities for living. The apartments is light and clean. There was small issues with kitchen stuff but on the next day they were complwtely cleaned up.

Exceptional

Very nice apartment, in a quiet neighborhood. Super markets and a train stop at a very close range. A good choice.

The kitchen is pretty small and we had a bit of a hard time preparing light meals. The hot plate was tricky to understand how it works. But that is really not a problem. All in all the apartment is great. 🙂

To sum it up, a nice small apartment with a great value for the price.

It was really easy to find the building and the apartment, maybe because the instructions were very clear. It had everything somebody needs for a few days of staying in Vienna, including kitchen appliances.

The only bad side of the apartment was that it's kind of far away from the city center - about 40 minutes by public transport. But it's solved by closeness to the railway station - three minutes walk, and the bus station which is literally across the street. That way, everything is still really easy accessible.

Big and newly renovated, but still in a nice old house, direct train connection from Airport/center, has dishes,a hairdryer and everything you need,contactless check in

Some traffic noises (street facing room) bad train intervalls at night/sundays/bank holidays which means waiting or walking(less fun in winter) not a double bed but two singles pushed together

Good value basic bed-sit.

It was easy to get into the building and room using the code given. The shower was great. It was just a few minutes walk from the railway station and there was a small supermarket even closer.

The room was cold, the bed was pushed up against the cold wall and the heater didn’t work in the plug socket by the bed, only in the plug socket in the kitchen area. There are no instructions, for example for the microwave, and no “welcome to the apartment, the local shops are open these hours, here is how to find out train times..” and there is one plate, one mug, etc., God forbid you should have a friend!!

Perfect

This place was incredible ! I have nothing more to say than that ! I will definitely try to book here again if I come back to Vienna.

The only down point would be for cooking. No basic condiment like oil or salt, grinder for cheese, and only one cooktop, it would have been amazing to have that. But come on, can we really count that as a down point ?

It is very good quality for this price.

A lot of space in apartment, near S-bahn, Lidl and Billa. Great restaurant in next building. Private parking. Kitchen has all stuff.

Could not connect to wi-fi. Surface of floor is strange, looks dirty.

Perfect contact with the owner. Amazing place , close to the supermarkets ,clean and tidy - has everything you need. Close to the station easy connections to get anywhere you need. Would reccomend!

Too hot, no a/c or fan. No privacy. Could not find laundry room. Host did not respond at all.

Fairly uncomplicated check in.

No fan or A/C. Could not keep the windows open as it was in ground floor. No privacy, had to keep the curtains on 24/7 as people walking in the street can easily see inside. Could not find laundry room, contacted host by email and text message, no reply received in my 3 nights stay.
