Situated in Henlopen Acres, this charming house for $610 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 12C Virginia Ave- New this year- A spacious front deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail while listening to the ocean waves. A perfect addition for this ocean block home. This gorgeous, two story townhouse that just recently had a complete renovation! The home is in a prime location, leaving you only steps to the beach and the boardwalk. Put your car keys away during your stay because your feet or bike can get you to where you need to go. There aren't many comparisons to this gem of gems in Rehoboth Beach. The remodel was well thought out and not leaving anything but luxury as a final product. The bedroom layout of the home includes 3 bedrooms on the second floor giving you privacy and quiet time from main living area, perfect for a longer stay with family or friends. This family home has been professionally decorated with love. You can see it in the details. The first floor has an open floor plan concept that is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the company of those you are vacationing with. The kitchen is a modern, clean and simple design with a large island with four counter stools. For more cozy dining, there is a corner banquette with a round dining table (with additional leaf to accommodate extra guests). The living space has a chaise sectional (with queen bed pullout) -perfect for relaxing while watching some afternoon TV on the 70" flat screen/Smart TV. The powder room on the first floor is ideal when children are sleeping upstairs and just plain convenient. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and it's own private bathroom. A large, 45" flat screen/smart TV will be perfect for a rainy day or afternoon nap. The other two bedrooms include queen beds, the rooms are smaller in size, but all one needs for a stay at the beach. Each room has a an ELFA closet system. The hall bathroom is spacious for these two bedrooms with a 60" vanity and large shower. The new High Efficiency washer and dryer is located on the second floor for added convenience. There are two parking spots in the rear of the town home and an outside shower. This is a non-smoking home. You have a private front and rear entrance. No elevator or lobby for those who have concerns about social distancing. A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $180.80. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork. All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. This property is perfect for families looking for a home-like atmosphere in a quiet and convenient location. We loved being in a house (no noisy neighbors above you like condos) with all of the amenities of home while being steps from the beach. We will definitely return!!

this is the 3rd time our family has stayed in this home and it is consistently very clean and everything in working order. Beds are comfy and AC works well. New vacuum works well. new this year (August 2023) is a lovely front porch, though no chairs yet. also new is an attractive green lawn in front that replaced gravel. We appreciated the owners leaving a thoughtful gift bag with hand soap, paper towels, chocolate bars, etc. We also appreciate the keypad lock system on the doors--no keys to have to share and dont have to drop them off to rental agent at end of stay. Excellent customer service with rental agents at coldwell banker. One item i'd like to suggest adding is outside doormats--helpful for sand removal from shoes. New restaurants we tried this year were Downtown Blues on 1st ave. and Drift Seafood and Raw Bar on Baltimore--both 5 stars. Missed nicola's being in town, but got it delivered.

I have grown up going to Rehoboth! The location is amazing and the space is even more beautiful than pictured. In the past I feel like other places I’ve stayed just get cheap beds that aren’t comfortable the beds were like sleeping on clouds which a such a plus and makes it feel like a home away from home. I’ll be booking this place again in the future. The only thing I didn’t love was the check in process, but not something that would stop me from staying here again. You won’t regret staying in this beautiful home!

Location Location Location!
This condo is very unassuming from the outside but was recently redone and it is wonderful! Tastefully done, love the details, comfortable and clean! It’s access to the beach and boardwalk was steps away. Everything was walking distance. The only thing I wish it had was a porch or patio to sit and drink my morning coffee. But walking to the boardwalk and sitting there was just as good!

Perfect getaway for nearly any type of group
This was an outstanding and impeccably clean property! Recently redone from top to bottom, this house has three comfortable bedrooms, and two large full baths on the top floor, with a powder room on the first floor. The kitchen was beautiful and well-equipped and provided ample countertop and pantry space, along with four barstools for gathering. Appliances were top-notch for a beach rental - the GE washer/dryer allowed us to leave the place with clean clothes neatly packed. The high-tech fridge, dishwasher, and cooktop made it a snap to prepare meals. We loved the amount of space and comfortable seating provided in the living area, and the staging area with hooks and a bench right by the door. The breakfast nook in the corner made for a nice dining room a few nights.
We loved how close the house was to the beach--literally half a block--you could easily run back to the house from a beach chair and return with cold drinks for the family in less than five minutes. There was an outdoor shower and 2 parking spaces steps from the back door.
The neighborhood, despite its proximity to the boardwalk and nearby restaurants, was very quiet--we slept in every morning with ease. I'm an avid runner, and it was a breeze throwing on my shoes and heading up to North Shore and the Gordon Pond trail every morning.
This place would be perfect for a family of four (though there are no bathtubs for little ones), or even for a few couples getting together for a long weekend or a week. There's space to congregate and hang out for meals and drinks, and space to curl up with a book and relax. We cannot wait to return, even in the off season! It handily beats any hotel option given the amenities.

This is our second year staying at 12c Virginia. We love the layout, off street parking and proximity to the beach. Our only comment for improvement would be the lackluster water drainage in the upstairs bathrooms which has been a problem both years.

From Upstate New York
Close to the beach and a short skip to the busy section of town where there were stores, bars and restaurants. The townhouse was very clean and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The beds were all comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Loved the bathrooms, the showers we nice. The only drown fall for us is the young children need a bathtub and no outdoor area. A couple of broken things living room chair, powder room door handle, garage overrunning in backyard with the biggest bees ever swarming around it, other than that I had a very restful get-away without getting on a plane. Overall a good stay I would rent this place again ❤️
