This property has an amazing location. If skiing at Park City Mountain and sending kids to ski school one can’t ask for a better location. Just an A+ location. The second best part of our stay was the responsiveness of the property management company. We had some issues when we arrived and they sent Maintenance over to resolve the issues as best they could. The disappointment with the place started with the broken items in the kitchen (warming drawer, dishwasher and toaster), the stocking of the kitchen (very old and low grade utinsels and cookware) and the number of cabinets that are locked. If you go to the store, there is not one place to store groceries. The pantry is locked, and at least half of the additional cabinets are locked. The only place to store food is out on the counters. Which makes using the counters somewhat impossible. The fridge is new and nice but that is the only place not full or locked. The beds are good, but again many, many locked doors in the bedrooms. One nice postive is the daily cleaning service. This is helpful and the cleaners are courteous and really noce. For the money I would not stay here again. The location is fantastic, but the broken appliances, locked doors and poorly stocked kitchen would keep us from staying here again.

We had a great time on our Ski Trip! Location was perfect, and the condo was plenty spacious. With 2 entry ways each family was able to keep their ski gear in their own areas which made getting ready for the day so much easier. Overall both families loved the accommodation, we'd definitely go back!

This property was perfect for our family which totaled 11 including 6 adults and 5 kids. Loved the bedroom layout, proximity to lift, hot tub/pool/fitness. Park City Lodging was awesome and very responsive and Heleena in concierge office did an outstanding job of arranging dinner reservations and transportation to a day of fun at Woodward park. Overall incredible value and experience.

We are a large family — two adult sons & wives, daughter and husband, six grandpeople-3 of them under 2. We have stayed in this building three times, this unit twice - it fits our needs almost perfectly! Bright clean comfortable and spacious.—and location to ski base is awesome. Management company was wonderful to work with— anything we needed they had an answer for and were very helpful and prompt—never had to ask twice! My only suggestion after two stays here would be need more usable cabinet space in kitchen. Most of cabinets are owner lock out so all our pantry items (8 adults 3 kids 3 babies for a week)had to remain on counter and counter space is limited. Also would be helpful to have a hand vac. These are only suggestions, we love staying in this unit and building. Great memories, thank you.

It was very spacious and easy to get to. Two items were less than optimal. 1. Parking was difficult and suburban did not fit in elevator. Most of the spaces were filled on the first level. 2. The kitchen left a bit to be desired. It was hard to cook given the limitation of pots and pans. Also, vent-a-hood must have been built for midgets as I banged my head every time I cooked.
