Bring all your toys and safely store them in the oversize garage. Store your trailers at the back of the property. LOTS OF PARKING. The kitchen will satisfy the most particular gourmet cook. Great stay, beautiful interior, everything we needed, quiet, in downtown, close to dining, shopping, easy access to Arches and Canyonlands. Would definitely stay again. Owner good to work with.

We loved everything about our stay. The unit was perfect. The garage was very useful and the unit layout was great for hanging out and cooking. The best way I can describe the accommodations was “thoughtful”. They had everything we needed, and more. My very picky husband gave his highest compliment by saying “I would stay here again”. Super clean property with lots of space. Property is one block away from a great food truck park and two blocks from all the local restaurants. Really enjoyed the property.

We had an excellent stay here. The property is immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Moab. The best restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Deb was an excellent host as well. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

The place feels new, is well laid out, close to everything and walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars, bike shops, shopping, etc…
The garage is great for vehicles & bikes and the outdoor patio is a nice touch.

Loved staying here! The place is very nice! Everything was clean, and comfortable! Loved having a garage. You can walk to anywhere in town. I can’t say enough good things about the place! 5+!!!

We were there for a golf trip with some buddies. The place accommodated us well with all of the bunkbeds. The convenience of being one block from Main Street was really nice. We could walk most places we needed to. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and son-in-law stayed for 2 nights. They said the home was extremely clean, soft towels, sound machines; and was close to town. They will definitely try and stay here the next time they drive down!

This house was beautifully decorated, clean and has a well stocked kitchen. The house is perfectly located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend and would stay again on our next trip to Moab.

This place was perfect for trip to Moab. You can’t beet the location. It felt brand new and perfectly equipped. The extra large garage and big parking area were great for all our mountain bike gear. We’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to all our friends and family.

Everything about Deb's place is exactly what you would want from a vacation rental. Lots of space, amazing location, well-stocked with the kitchen essentials, cozy towels and linens, a huge garage... And as clean as any we've ever started in. You will not be disappointed!

Our group came for a sisters weekend and we LOVED our stay. The place is adorable, has a double car garage and extra (private) parking in the back. It is a block or so west of old town Moab which makes it a quick drive to hiking, the river, restaurants and shopping. The owners are great and cared about our experience (we were there during the flash floods and they brought us water!) We loved our stay and plan to come back.

Everything was very nice. The only complaint I have is ….I did not appreciate three random vehicles in the parking lot. Parking with trailers is tight when the people in unit B also has trailers. Why would three random vehicles be parked here every day and night, vehicles did not belong to us or the people in unit B.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculate home. The decor is tasteful and very well done. The linens are all in pristine condition. The kitchen had every item we needed, yet was free of clutter. Just lovely!

This location is great as it so close to the main Row of Moab restaurants and shops. The property was super clean, we organized, and easy to get in and out as we navigated our outdoor adventures. Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect for our needs! There is some noise at the BBQ restaurant and bar next door but it didn't keep us awake. But we enjoyed the BBQ! Note the patio is outside the green apple unit so if the patio is important to you, rent the green apple unit instead, or both units like we did!

Super clean great down town location
Loved this townhome. It was the perfect size for two couples. Super clean and well maintained. The side parking for trailers was a little smaller than expected and we struggled to turn a 14’ trailer around in there with other cars parked. But now that we figured out how to get in and out I’d totally stay again.

Great Modern Home
Fantastic property, close to pretty much everything in Moab. The house was clean and had great bunk beds which the kids loved. The kitchen/great room is fantastic to relax and eat food at. Overall highly recommended

Excellent spot
Really enjoyed our stay here at Debs place. Perfectly located downtown, loved the layout and massive garage. Was perfect for our family of 4, but already thinking of it as an ideal spot for a future girls or boys MTB trip that could sleep 7 and everyone have their own bed!
