Wir haben für ein Zimmer mit Flussblick bezahlt, und die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer auf die Skyline von Philadelphia ist einfach einmalig!
Grundsätzlich alles super!

Cleanliness, quiet, the waterfront
Had to pay for parking, no continental breakfast, nothing in the area.

Clean and comfortable
We parked in the hotel lot. The entrance to the hotel was locked and there was no response from the intercom for someone to let us in to check in. My son had to run around to the front of the building to ask someone to let us in, after waiting several minutes. We were also double billed for the stay. We had prepaid and the hotel charged for the stay on top of the prepayment.

I had lunch and the location was great. However, I was disappointed that I had to pay for parking. If I had known, I would’ve selected another property. Specifically, the Marriott property in the next town. Truly disappointed!
Paying for parking which they are using as an additional revenue source. Truly disappointing.

Parking space price is unreasonable. I never got my $50 incidentals fee refunded back to me.

Liked the location of the hotel
Traveling with three kids ages 5,3& 1.5 is stressful and exhausting. We booked this hitel, especially the suite with the desire of having some space for the kids to be able to play and the adults (us) to relax. Checking in to the hotel on Saturday night was smooth. Sunday morning experience was not good at all. I went downstairs to get some breakfast for the family and some milk for the baby. As soon as I walked over to the restaurant side, I was quickly n rudely notified that there was only one waitress and a bartender (who had just started her shift). The server further told me that I'm going to have to wait for some time or I could just come back later. This is unacceptable especially if the server didn't even give me a chance to let her know what my needs were. At this point I quickly walked over to the bartender and told her that I was here for a cup of milk for my baby and did not even mention about possibly ordering breakfast. Short staffed?! On a Sunday? No on-call servers? I quickly left with the milk. As soon as I got to my room, I called front desk and told her that I needed to order some food for my hungry children. She forwarded my call to the restaurant completely oblivious of the fact that the restaurant is short staffed and busy. After a couple of failed attempts, my husband went downstairs to the restaurant to order some food. Unsuccessful!!! The front desk lady was rude and completely incompetent in her problem solving skills. She offered no help! On ther contrary she told my husband to drive to McDonald's since that would be quicker. This is not our first time staying at a hotel. That was highly insulting. To some extent it felt racist since the front desk clerk must've noticed my husband in joggers n T-shirt. Totally unacceptable! Top it off, no compensation was offered, not even an apology for the inconvenience. I'd like to ask Hilton to hire better skilled and competent staff to increase their hospitality ratings.

Location and cleanliness.
Was a little pricier then I feel it should have been and parking should be free if staying overnight.

The view of the bridge and pier.
The carpet had a strong foul odor, leaving the room with a very unpleasant scent. The food was not good. I was served burnt and extremely oily food. I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich instead just because it was the same price and they served the sandwich with a different bread than what the menu says and also without the side it came with. The chicken wings were raw but we didn’t want to seem problematic so we just didn’t eat them. Waste of money
