Over all nice place to stay location is right across the street from the beach. Also its not far drive to many of the restaurants in the area. Several local places are in walking distance and the ice cream shop next door is really good to eat at.

The weather was mostly below the average temperatures, but we still had sunshine & plenty to do. My husband fished, we ate on the balcony a couple of times, visited the Gulfarium on Senior Day, traveled past Ft. Walton for several miles to a great little Zoo, dined out with friends, walked the beach, and so many more things. The view of the Gulf from the balcony was nice, the kitchen was well equipped and I really appreciated having a washer & dryer in the condo.

The cleanest rental i have ever stayed in. Everything was very nice. The place had all the beach equipment. Location was a 3 minute walk and you're in the beach. Very happy with the experience. Would recomend!!

Very nice condo, we were just surprised at the small size of the third room. Owners were very easy to communicate with when we had questions. Easy walk to the beach, which we all loved, just disappointed we couldn’t use our own canopy in the area designated for the condo. Overall, we all enjoyed our vacation. The accommodations were very nice, the beach was relaxing and the easy access to restaurants/shopping/attractions very convenient.

It is a nice property with in walking distance to the beach, restaurant and souvenir stores. The property is good clean and well maintained. Only one issue if it can be resolved. It’s the sound of toilet flushing from the above floor, it didn’t really bother us too much, but if you are a light sleeper maybe a problem. Besides that everything is great!

The location and accommodations were fabulous! Property owners responded promptly to all questions (even the ones covered in the rental agreement that I overlooked!). They were patient and responsive. Beach access and cleanliness was top notch. Restaurants within walking distance were excellent (highly recommend Pompano Joe's). Property description was accurate with the exception of beach towels. Only 2 were available during our stay. I would recommend bringing your own just in case. We also brought 2 small coolers which were helpful during our stay.

We had a great time. Everything we needed on site, beach toys, towels, etc and a great location close to beach. Our host was very helpful when we contacted him. Note to anyone renting a condo- make sure you bring plenty of dishwasher and washing machine detergent, trash bags, etc.

We really loved the location of this condo! It was very easy to walk to the beach with our 3 kids (ages 9, 7 and 2). The beach entrance was nestled between two other private beaches and not open to the public. Our beach was significantly less crowded than other areas. Loved being able to walk to Pampano Joes seafood restaurant for an easy dinner. The condo was well stocked. Really loved the beach chairs, sand toys/shovels and beach towels! Would absolutely recommend!

Everything from start to finish was a easy process. I couldn’t find my parking pass and the property manager replied back to me with in minutes of me texting them. I will definitely use them in the future for my stay in Miramar Beach. Top notch I must say thank you
