it was too cold for me and the air conditioning worked very often. bathroom door could not be opened and closed quite - need to be fixed. a lot of places not washed, doors, slats a little dirty just honestly. the window could not be left open without support. kitchen ok, but also a bit dirty, which is why the bugs were walking. I've been to worse places but I expected it to be a little cleaner.

value for money though the area wasn’t of the safest one’s.

The room was clean when we arrived and both the living room and the kitchen were decent! Excellent communication with the owner. Availability to plenty of towels.

At the kitchen the microwave and the boiler didn’t work. The frame of the bed was unstable and plastic. there was central air conditioning therefore the owner had to control it remotely.

perfect place to stay in Miami !

the property was close to Miami downtowns and little Havana ! perfect location ! quiet neighborhood and extremely clean !

the room was a little bit small for a couple but it was worth it because it has a private bathroom ! 😜

Good, but can be better

Staff was great, always ready to help, lovely ladies. We didn't speak much Spanish but Google Translate made it work. Parking is available on the spot, with enough parking spaces in the driveway, so you are not parking on the street. We could leave our luggage in the living room until our flight. Great shower. Netflix is available for the guests so that was a big plus. They also provided tooth brush and tooth paste.

The room was really small, we didn't expect it to be so tight. We are both tall people, and we barely fit in the bed, so it was not a good sleep. We are also travelling so we each had one suitcase and backpack and there was not enough space in the room to store everything. Some people (residents or other guests) were making a lot of noise late in the evening and during the night. They would cook after midnight so the smell would go to the room (even though it was upstairs). They were also drinking, playing music, banging doors so it was impossible to sleep. You can't regulate the AC, so it turns ON and OFF all the time, except during the night when it buzzed all the time. There were ants in the room, they should solve that with baking powder, it is easy trick that would make the stay much more comfortable.

Location okay

The ride to Miami Beach wasn’t too long

I had a lot of ants in my room and they were also in the shared kitchen. On my first morning I suddenly had some worker right in front of my window that was there to fix the roof. It’s okay but a warning would have been great. Also the ac wasn’t working at all times so it got extremely hot in my room

Unfortunately disappointed

The location was decent, and the property owner was easy to get in contact with. Easy parking on the premises.

The listing felt a bit misleading. We were unaware that access to the room required going up a flight of stairs (medical issue causing stairs to be a problem). That wasn’t a major issue though. The temp of the room was very high and muggy, the thermostat was locked. I asked the property owner if he could adjust it, he did adjust it, however it only dropped it down to 75 which still felt very uncomfortable in the upstairs room. The shared refrigerator was filthy, covered in sticky substances and built up spilled food. Our floor and bathroom were also dirty, and the shower had bugs/worms crawling out of the cracks in the tile (again, medical issue creating an even higher need for cleanliness). We also were given a key that did not function with our door and got locked out of our room after going to dinner, having to wait for the property owner to come and let us in at 10pm. The property owner was kind and communicative, and agreed to a partial refund when we had to leave this property to find something more suitable.

Exceptional

Huge parking area, enough for everyone. Clean, easy and smooth accommodation and location.

Not property owner's fault, but some other people were some noisy very late or very early. Speaking loud, walking around stepping very loud, slamming doors or making weird sounds on rooms like dragging furniture or so at 3 am or at around 6:30 am. Other than that was great.
