Elegant apartment located in the heart of the Prati district, a few steps from the Vatican and the Lepanto and Ottaviano subways from where you can reach all the main places in Rome. The apartment can accommodate up to 12 guests and consists of 5 double bedrooms, a large living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 design bathrooms. 2 Bedrooms have mattress 180x200 and 3 bedrooms mattress 160x200 Space The apartment has been completely renovated with style and attention to detail. Handcrafted beds covered in velvet with high quality ergonomic dorelan mattresses. Table, coffe table and bedside tables handmade with cedar wood each a unique piece. High design bathrooms and jacuzzi. You can easily leave the house on foot and reach all the streets and iconic places in the center of Rome. 5 minutes from the Lepanto metro, two stops from Piazza di Spagna. On foot you can reach - St. Peter's Basilica 15 minutes - Castel Sant'angelo 14 minutes - Vatican Museums 13 minutes - Piazza del Popolo 15 minutes - Piazza Navona 23 minutes - Via cola di Rienzo 4 minutes Piazza di Spagna 20 minutes

The apartment was great for our family. Lots of rooms which allowed the teens some privacy, and a large communal area where we could have our meals together. Great location as well!

We had the pleasure to stay with a group of 11 at the Dreamer House.

Limited hot water and very low water pressure in bathrooms

We were a family of 9 cousins. The apartment was as advertised and was in close proximity to the places we wanted to visit. There is an excellent seafood restaurant just 50’ down the same street. Our only issue was bag storage. We flew in at 09:00 and had to drop our bags off at a baggage storage place. This just added one more step in having to wait until 16:00 to get our bags before we checked in. This is all after an all night flight. I would rank them higher if they could have accommodated our bags. The apartment is nice and easy to access. There were ample rooms and bathrooms for the 9 of us.

We loved the apartment location, it was within walking distance to Vatican (15 mins), piazza sant’ Angelo (15 mins), Panthenon (25 mins) and we even walked to Colloseum 50 mins). Or you can use a scooter or public transportation. Everything else was close by as well.
It was great for our multi-generational family of 10. There was plenty of space and everything we needed. I would really recommend the apartment.

Location is perfect nearby restaurants and walkable shopping. On the first floor of the building, clean, well maintained, and all that you need to enjoy your stay. We had 12 people and all slept comfortable. Would stay here again if we return.

The apartment was close to many sights, shops, and restaurants but was also a quiet neighborhood. Luca was an excellent host and we had such a good time getting to know Rome (and then retreating to the comforts of the apartment).

Ranging in ages from 11-82, our family was very comfortable in this first-floor apartment. Close to the subway entrances and walking distance to grocery stores and shopping, it was a very convenient location.

What a beautiful apartment! We had 8 people in our group, 3 generations, and everyone loved it. Luca is incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Every bedroom was nice, with beds and pillows so comfy we tried to find them on-line to buy them for home! Location was great - short walk to the train, restaurants, grocery store, anything you might need. We’d stay here again without question.

Great apartment
Very nice, spacious, and clean apartment. Conveniently located to many things within a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and underground station. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Host was great with his communication and very accommodating with check in. Our flight was extremely delayed and we didn’t arrive till we’ll past midnight and he still greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. Apartment was clean, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. Everything was in excellent working condition. The only downside is that one of the bedrooms didn’t have its own air conditioning unit, so it got uncomfortable at night. Highly recommend it still.

Fantastic apartment for vacationing in Rome!
The apartment is large with 5 wonderful bedrooms and three bathrooms, which provided ample space for our group of 8 travellers (two families). The common living area (kitchen, dining, living) is a bit small but worked okay and the dining table comfortably seated all 8 of us. The bed mattresses were also luxurious and very comfortable. The owner greeted us at our chosen check-in time and was very friendly. This is a grand apartment in a good location. Highly recommended.

Outstanding property!
The house is located in a nice and well connected location, 10 min walking distance from the Vatican and city center. High standard interior design, stylish and spacious bathrooms (one of which complemented by a jacuzzi!!!) and super comfortable king-size beds have made our stay incredibly relaxing and pleasant. Everything was superb! Thanks Luca for your hospitality, we will surely be back!
