Great location off King Street. Well equipped. Parking was easy in the garage nearby. Easy to walk around and access great food and entertainment. Had great communication and response time when asking questions.
The main glass door had a shutter for privacy that didn’t always stay attached when closing the door leaving a view into the unit. The unit is situated off the street though so it was not like people are really able to peek in.
Policy literature felt inconsistent between the listing, the communications directly and the information inside the unit. Not a big deal at all though just a friendly comment for management.
Could be a bit noisy since you are near bars that stay open late. Appears a lot of college students live in the area as well that like to stay out late.

location was excellent. enjoyed downtown access. very modern renovations.
Information should have been told about the construction going on next door. on the 3rd day the construction crew started at an unexpected 5:37AM before we woke up and did not stop consistent beeping, hammering, digging, diesel truck engine noise until after 7:00 PM. their machines were causing the building to "shake" and "vibrate". very uncomfortable for 75 year old persons. on departure day the noise started at 6:45 AM.
PS: the visitors on the ground floor from Minnesota left a few days earlier than they were scheduled because of the very uncomfortable situation. city noise ordinance was not observed by the contractors.
PS: we found out that the owner of this property was responsible for the construction because he is the one building the "new" apartment complex right there, and he/she should have controlled the situation for extreme noise at those hours.
Some consideration of a monetary adjustment due to a full non-disclosure of actual discomforts to travelers.
Very disappointed with Booking.com and or Vacasa for the lack of information.

Unit is lovely, but dusty in the off season. Location was perfect.
Construction noise 7 am - 6 pm. Not just some hammers and saws. Huge machines pounding pilings. Could hear it blocks away.
Rates should be deeply discounted, or the property not rented, for the duration of construction.

very clean and provided all necessities. showers were good. kitchen was nice.
this location is right by a cafe with much sidewalk noise as people drink outside. there is also a fire station just around the corner. the house has old windows and there is no sound proofing. several sirens a night.
