Upon arriving to the property excited about our annual Sedona adventure, we started with unpacking and a snack. Several of us were sneezing on arrival, there was a musty moldy smell I couldn’t quite put my finger on. We put that aside but pulled out wet dishes to cut up a charcuterie board and wet glasses for drinks was kinda eh- The outside game room for “additional” sleeping was disgusting. My ocd 27 year daughter cleaned dead bugs and spider wbs and vacuumed in there before she would sleep in there. Also- why no key code on back door? Anyone sleeping OUT in that game room either can’t come in during the night to use the restroom or you have to leave house door unlocked for them to get in. After a wild pig encounter in the backyard she slept in living room the rest of our stay. Great great location and while I think property overall needs tweaking cute home and hot tub very clean. I didn’t reach out to homeowner at time as was fighting with weather trying to get out of dodge before weather turned.

We had an awesome long weekend in this nice condo. Walkable to many activities. Convenient to skiing, 15 min walk to lifts. The house has all the amenities we hoped for. Having a big hot tub after skiing all day was an excellent addition. Recommended for a couple and a family with two kids.

The mountain resort gets jammed with traffic at the start and end of each day, so it was amazing to stay so close by. It's easy to catch a free shuttle up to the resort-- it stops just outside the parking lot. You have the option to catch the shuttle back when the lifts close, but there is so much traffic that for us it was faster to just walk down the hill. It helped that our ski rental place stored our skis for us. Overall, a great spot in a great location. We highly recommend and can't wait to stay there again next year.

Wonderful time in Park City. Condo was perfect location and had all the needed amenities. City Park, tennis and biking within walking distance. Thank you KC and Brian!!

Great location - short drive or reasonable walk downtown to all the shops and restaurants. Nice view off balcony. A little noise from street and parking lot but expected this close to downtown. A nice little condo prefect for a couple.

The building was quiet. Parking was very good. Process to check into the room was very good. The rental was nicely decorated from a style perspective. A few simple additions would have added to the convenience however - such as addition of a shelf in each bathroom for toiletries. The facility overall is older (1980's) - so the construction quality is superior over most new construction. The facility in general however is in need of a remodel / facelift. Common areas look very dated. Appearance of the property from the outside is "tired looking". The proprietor of the room that we rented however has done a very good job of keeping it up to date. Location of the facility was very good.

Very charming condo that is close to everything. My wife and I stayed here with our two dogs, and it was perfect. You can easily walk to the grocery store, Walgreens, and the State Store. Cole’s, Christy’s, and Jan’s are all close as well, so ski rental or maintenance is very easy.

Can’t think of a better description for the title given all the amenities within a short bus ride to this condo. Grocery store, drug store and coffee within a stones throw of this well cared for property. My 17 year old and I had a great stay here!

We had a great time skiing and enjoyed the shops and restaurants in old town Park City. Good location, close to skiing, shops and restaurants.

Just wanted to say that my husband and I had a great stay at this property for 7 days. The location is perfect, right by the bus line to downtown and ski lift and also right near tons of great food and convenience store options. I would definitely stay here again, it was comfortable and cozy and had everything you could want or need to have an amazing vacation!

We loved our stay here! It is so charming! Parking was never an issue. The bed is very comfortable! Bus stop right outside the parking lot with free service anywhere you'd like to go. We will definitely be back!

My daughter's, husband and I enjoyed this property while skiing Park City. Comfortable throughout, accommodating kitchen and the location is 3 blocks from the mountain. We will definitely stay here again.

Unit is well equipped and is located close to everything. The views of the mountain were beautiful. Unit is small, but having the second bathroom was a bonus for our college aged daughter who slept on the pull out sofa. We had a wonderful vacation.

Very nice location convenient to everything. Clean and very well decorated. The only downside was unexpectedly having our heat and water turned off on our check out day but other than that it was a great trip! The hosts communicated very effectively. We loved the fireplace!

My wife and I spent a 3 night getaway weekend here in early October and very much enjoyed it. Bigger and nicer than a simple hotel room which for us wasn’t needed but was very nice. Didn’t even realize it had 2 bathrooms for booking, so we each had our own. With the fold out couch you could have two couples share the property a bit cramped or pretty comfortably a family of 4. View of the Park City area ski runs and fall foliage off the patio was fantastic. Close enough we walked up the hill to enjoy the scenic lift ride, but it would be a very long walk with ski gear in tow. Walked to dinner, breakfast , and a Walgreens while there. Would be a trek to go downtown (Town Lift) area, but doable. My wife was bothered a little by the street noise (50 yards off main drag), but I thought I was reasonable. Freezer door popped open when the fridge door was closed, and they had a little sign asking to watch out for that, but it ruined some ice cream as we didn’t notice it once. Minor point. Easy parking. Cute decorations. Too many pillows everywhere (couch, bed), but what can I say… I’m a man. Nice place.

This property served all our needs. We enjoyed the location and walked everywhere we went. Our puppy dog had a great time also. Communication was amazing, and the host has everything you need in the condo. The A/C unit worked well, we were there during a record heat year and it was tough to cool the bedroom, perhaps if it had been left on at 11am that morning. Once we got it cooled off, the next few days were fine. I'd suggest maybe a unit in the bedroom, one of the Mitsubishi ones on the wall perhaps.

First, this place is homey, well appointed and located steps from the Rail Trail. It's a cozy, clean and cared for property. In almost every way it was perfect. Except.... I checked the listing to make sure it had A/C given that part of my trip was to escape some triple digit heat. 90s is hot for PC. However there is a free standing A/C unit that does an ok job keeping the main room sort of cool. But the bedroom is hot and stuffy. There is a fan in there that tries hard to cool it down but it doesn't really help. At night, when temps cool down some, you cannot open the sliding door because there is not a screen door and there were flying insects that were getting in. So I did not sleep well either night due to this issue. If temps go down 5-10 degrees, I am sure it would be fine and this was not a usual set of circumstances. But attending to this issue with cooling the bedroom feels paramount if you list this place as having A/C and plan to continue to offer the unit in the summer as climate change continues to increase summer temps. Part of vacation is sleeping. This problem made that nearly impossible. :( Outside of this issue, this is a wonderful place and I hope to return in cooler temps. - LM
