As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. Excellent property with very convenient location and close to old Town Scottsdale. Lots of parking. Easy access to main traffic routes.

The Avant Stay staff were accommodating. They helped along the way with a hassle-free service. The property was clean, and exactly what I was expecting from the photos and other reviews. We were close enough to Old Town to enjoy the restaurants and night life with taking cabs.

Over all the staff with AvantStay was very helpful when we were there in the beginning. Once we got to the Luna and Stellar home though and were in Unit A, we noticed a massive mold spot in one of the bedrooms by the front door. Then there was also a ton of ants on the counter. The staff at AvantStay was very helpful, found us a new place, but unfortunately it ended up just being too small for our group. It was also rather difficult dealing with AvantStay in the sense that there was never one specific person I was speaking with or could call. I was impressed with the response from the local team originally but then they stopped communicating with me once I said the air was not working properly in unit B. It was so hot in the bedrooms we could barely sleep. I reached out to them twice and didn’t get any response, but we all dealt with it because I didn’t want to spend my entire vacation on the phone. Also the disposal in the unit was broken as well. Overall I would not recommend staying at this property, but this company seems to have nice other properties and decent/subpar communication.

My biggest issues are the beds. Some of the beds are terrible. 2 weeks later im sti stealing with major issues which are a result of the terrible bed i had. Not only was iit very uncomfortable it was very loud. Many lf the beds need to be replaced immediately. Other than that i would do a better job explaining this is a converted office/medical building and is not in a a residential area. I would suggest multiple outside photos so people are aware of what to expect. All that said the house worked great for us(other than the beds). If the older beds are replaced i would stay again!

Separate common areas allowed for different activities. Kitchen is well outfitted. Scottsdale and Phoenix attractions are close by. Nice to be able to walk to Old Town. Two minor quibbles - internet in Luna was weak and no cork screw.

Really great house for big groups, with plenty of bedrooms, good gathering spaces, and privacy. Located close enough to Old Town where all of the action happens, but quiet enough that you're not overwhelmed by everything. Few minor issues: (1) wifi was fairly weak in the main house and the instructions in the house were incorrect, but we received a very quick response from the host; and (2) there were ants in one of the bathrooms. Otherwise, excellent VRBO that I am already looking at staying at again!

Stayed here with my family for a golf outing and loved the home. Enough space for us to spread out or meet in the courtyard for games, dinner and drinks. Renting team was really good with allowing early check in and late check out which really helped coordinate flights and travel. Will absolutely stay again soon!
