The 760-square-foot living space is bright and comfortable, with a mirrored wall and large windows that let in the alpine sunshine, carpeted floors, and two plush sofas that face a wood-burning fireplace (with logs provided) and a wall-mounted HDTV and DVR for cozy nights at home. Begin each morning in the fully equipped kitchen with an adjacent breakfast bar and dining room table, and end each evening by curling up in the bedroom's queen-size bed or the sleeper sofa in the living room. If you're looking to head into Vail Village for world-class skiing, dining, and shopping, you'll find a stop for the free shuttle bus (which runs every 15 minutes in winter) right across the parking lot. Also on the grounds of Pitkin Creek Park are a seasonal swimming pool, a year-round hot tub, a sand volleyball court, and a grocery store for your convenience. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Good stay, but bedroom needs upgrade!! Heater does not work. TV NO CHANNELS! Bed is old and soft- needs upgrade! Time to spend some money!

Very convenient location and has everything you need but the key was not in the lock box, there was no parking pass and the comforter was dirty. It would have been helpful to have some info in the unit about the hot tub, the shuttle and places to eat close by.

This place is in East Vail. It was so easy because the bus pick up was right outside the place which made it super easy to get over to vail village. Place was clean, quiet, and quaint. It was as pictured in the listing.

The place was quaint and clean. There was a light out in the kitchen and I don’t think the heat worked in the bedroom but the other heaters heated the house sufficiently.
