2 BR, 2 BA Condo – Great Downtown Location – Sleeps 8! Now this is where you want to be: just a short stroll to Main Street and the shuttle to the lifts! Add in a spacious, comfy condo, and everyone in your group will be thrilled. The complex also features on-site hot tubs, a sauna, as well as access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tubs. This is how Breck is meant to be experienced! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to eight. The spacious living area features a large flat-screen TV, a wood fireplace and plenty of seating. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll enjoy the quartz counters, stainless steel appliance and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, onsite laundry facilities, and heated underground parking with elevator access to the complex floors. As with all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24-hours a day to make your vacation as smooth as possible This is a great condo at a great price. We had an awesome time! The condo was very well stocked, close to town and just as described. The beds were very comfortable and the couch was perfect for lounging on.
The only issue we had was not being able to lock the front door however the return communication with the property manager was instant and it did not affect our plans at all.
We would love to return, thank you for having us!

The place accommodated all of our needs and exceeded our expectation on location. The ease to downtown was fantastic! It allowed us to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go.

Nice, clean, well stocked condo in a great location! Would have done 5 stars, but the call center who takes the initial call when you have an issue was completely worthless. We had a minor issue with the front door and couldn’t lock the condo to leave until it was repaired. The call center added no value and just made it take longer to get to someone competent. As soon as the local staff picked up the ticket, everything was great. I can’t say enough about the local staff who resolved the issue quickly and professionally!

We had a good stay at this condo. There were a few hiccups with the door lock the wifi but management was immediately on it and helped fix the issues.

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable condo near town and ski lifts. The heated covered parking was an added bonus. The unit is decorated well, with comfortable furniture. While we didn't cook during our stay, the kitchen seemed well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Would recommend this unit and stay here again.

Perfect Location to Peak 9 / Village and Downtown. We walked to the Chairlift every morning and to Dinner every night!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway in Breckenridge! The condo had everything you could need. The kitchen is well stocked, the couch was very comfortable, and the kids loved the bunk bed. Plus the location was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

We had such a great time! Easy walk (<5 mins) to the Riverwalk. Check in was contactless and very straightforward, condo was much bigger than some of the others we've rented before. Will absolutely come back!

First time staying at this property. It was updated, very clean and ideal location. Being from the South, not having central A/C through me for a loop. The nights were def cool enough...but there are no ceiling fans to circulate air and the box fans were really loud. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this condo to others!

Appreciated the fans as they were needed for a period of time each day. Extra towels delivered as requested. Large bed was comfortable, bunk room beds not so much. Parking garage spot was convenient. The bummer for us was there was trouble with the codes being incorrect starting from the first time we got to the building and we also missed out on 2 different evenings using the hot tub which was a needed amenity, due to codes not working/being changed, needless to say very frustrating. I would recommend this spot but there needs to be key code confirmation!
