Nestled in Destin, this lovely condo for $1,096 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to Unit 205, a spacious 2000 sq. ft. 3 bedroom/3 full bath beachfront condo on the third floor at Oceania, a luxurious gated community with workout facility and stunning views of the beach. Guests are welcomed into an open living and dining area with floor to ceiling windows offering a panoramic view of the Gulf. The interior offers a warm and inviting decor with plenty of seating and a 65" flat screen TV with Blu Ray player and a DVD library. The expansive floor plan allows those in the well-equipped kitchen to enjoy the Gulf view and have easy access to the wet bar and ice machine. The dining area seats 6 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Conveniently located off the kitchen is a washroom with full-size washer and dryer. The master bedroom offers an oasis of relaxation with a king size bed, amazing Gulf views, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, sliding doors to the expansive balcony, and 40" flat screen TV and DVD player. The adjoining master bathroom has a jetted tub, stand-alone shower and double sink vanity. The first guest bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV and DVD player, and adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom offers two full size beds, flat screen TV and DVD player, and an adjoining bathroom with full size bathtub/shower combination. The bedroom sleeps 2 adults or 4 children. Maximum occupancy is 8 people. Any additional guests will require pre-approval by owner. On the 40 ft. long balcony which spans the width of the living/dining area, there are two bistro tables with three chairs each, two large bistro Adirondack chairs and two ceiling fans for your comfort and relaxation to watch dolphins swim, enjoy morning coffee, or have an afternoon cocktail watching the sunsets. A private outdoor storage closet is located at the entrance to the condo for your ice chest, beach toys, towels, etc. Previous guests typically leave their beach equipment for the future guest's enjoyment. This condo includes complementary seasonal (March through October) beach service with 2 chairs and one umbrella. Other amenities include a private beach, one private parking spot, complex pool, gated entry to the beach and street, exercise room, and gas grills. Any additional vehicles must park in the unassigned parking lot on the condo property. Two elevators are located in the middle of the building and one on each end. Located nearby are numerous shops, grocery stores, and restaurants to help make your stay more enjoyable - Winn Dixie, Target, McDonald's, Hobby Lobby, Walgreens, Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant, La Paz Mexican Restaurant, Local Market Restaurant just to name a few. Additional entertainment nearby is Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, The Track Arcade, Destin Harbor Boardwalk, and the Destin Water Taxi that will take you to any restaurant/bar in the Harbor. So much fun is to be had in Destin!

Check in was easy. Room is located right off the elevator and there were lots of carts to help with luggage. There were eight of us and the condo was plenty big to not feel like we were crawling in top of one another. Just steps to the beach and pool. Sidewalks surrounding the condo were great for morning walks. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you will need. This was the best condo we have ever stayed in.

The condo was large enough for our 4 adults (that require a lot of space) and our 1 year old plenty of room to run and play! The patio was huge and views are beautiful!! The beach isn’t too busy, and elevators were quick- always a plus to us! Will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Some of the glasses were dirty. The cable did not work in the 1st bedroom with 2 queen beds. The screen said to call to set up, we did not call cox cable. My mom was in that room and she was very disappointed not to have her on tv.

The moment you walk into the apartment you are taken back by the amazing view. We very much needed a relaxing trip with no stress and this apartment was the perfect oasis. The ease of getting 2 chairs and an umbrella was just perfect and the apartment was filled with every pot and pan you can think of. The apartment needed a little extra cleaning but the owners were so responsive and offered immediately to have someone remedy it- even with that I would 100% book this place again . You'll need to do some extra shopping if you plan to cook ( they don't have any of the basics like sugar, oil etc) but with so many amazing food options close by it may not even be worth it. You can easily walk to a coffee shop and breakfast place which was perfect for those early morning with the babies. They don't have high chairs/pack and plays but plenty of place to have space for you and your kids. 💯 Recommend

The condo was absolutely amazing and accomondating to our family of eight. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The walk to the beach and pool was the best! The owner was extremely responsive, although we never contacted her more than twice. The view from the balcony was breathtaking an absolute gem. The beach service was a plus. We're definitely coming back next year!

Wow, what an incredible property. It was truly a home away from home. The towels and linens were soft and cozy. The kitchen was stocked to perfection. The outdoor storage closet for all the beach gear was a lifesaver. The beach and pool felt very private compared to alot of beach condos. The owner and condo staff were friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor and book this place!

Beautiful place right on the beach with a fantastic view. We were able to see dolphins swimming past while sitting on the balcony. It had everything you would want for a relaxing week in paradise.

This is the third time we've stayed at Oceania. The property itself is great---it's well kept, has beautiful views from all units, and is in a great location. Unit 205 was wonderful---very clean and extremely well equipped---more pots and pans than we could count--even a panini press. We will definitely stay here again!

Our family vacation included 6 adults and 1 (14 month old). The unit was beautifully decorated. Each bedroom had a private bathroom which was a huge comfort. It’s location was convenient to the pool and beach. We had a lovely time; however, believe our next Vrbo stay will be in one that is a bit more child friendly.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It is as pictured, but even better. Melissa was very responsive, and she has truly thought of everything. The unit was very clean and spacious. You will enjoy high thread count sheets and plentiful fluffy towels. The kitchen is very well stocked. We loved the balcony...you are right over the pool with a lovely beach view. The beach chairs and umbrella set up were a nice touch. We absolutely loved our stay.

This condo was beautiful and very spacious, with glass doors opening to a beautiful panoramic view of the bright blue ocean. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and tools needed for in home dining, along with personal touches such as the rain shower in the master bathroom, dark face towels for make-up removal and ice machine in the bar area. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had, and was very helpful and accommodating. I look forward to using this condo again anytime I and my dear friends decide to visit Destin!

This condo was perfect for our family Spring Break getaway. The floor plan allowed for gorgeous views of the Gulf from the kitchen, dining area, living room and primary bedroom. Each of our two children had their own bedroom and bathroom, which they loved and the master suite was spacious and comfortable. The owners provided all the basic essentials - all we had to do is make a quick trip to the nearby grocery to get food, drinks and personal toiletry items. The beach chair & umbrella service was awesome and having access to beach supplies/toys was much appreciated! The only unfortunate thing was that the complex was undergoing painting and maintenance during our stay (which the owners communicated) and we didn't have access to the balcony furniture to sit out and enjoy the scenery. In addition, the pool was closed until the very last day we were there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

This condo is very nice and spacious, the condo has all the amenities of a home and some. The balcony and views of Destin beach are wonderful. Pool is very nice, but we spent most of our time on the beach and then on the balcony. Great place, I highly recommend and I will be back, thank you.
