Ana's home met our group's needs. The beds were comfortable and the home felt spacious. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom in the main bedroom. The water does not come out of the rain shower the way it should and would spray out of the top, so it was better to use the attached wand. Otherwise, everything was great!

Very bad experience and unsafe living conditions. We traveled to Miami for a family cruise we had scheduled on Monday 1/23/23 we rented this unit for two nights only since we live in California. The house has very bad pluming issues the first day we checked into the house you can hear bubbling from the sink in backhouse kitchen. The next afternoon we took a shower in one of the bathrooms in the back house and while my daughter was showering the bubbling sound got louder in all the sinks and the toilets were filling up with water and making loud bubble sounds, I tried to flush the toilet and it got worse both toilets were all plugged. We sent a message to the host and she told us if she sends a plumber she was going to charge us $300. I disagreed we haven't even been at the house for more than 24 hours and she wants us to pay for plumber?? This makes no sense! She was aware of the issue and was trying to put the blame on us. She is well aware that they have bad pluming problems because they have signs posted throughout the house. We are very respectful of house rules, and we are extremely dissatisfied with the treatment we received from the host and the conditions of this house are unsafe. After we herd the bubbling, we didn't use the toilets in the back unit we would walk in side to main house to use the toilets. That was such an inconvenience. However, we did shower in the back house one other time and that's when it all went bad everything from the sewer came out of the shower drain and toilets and started to flood the restrooms it smelled so bad. I was happy we were leaving the house and that we only rented for two nights because it was a disaster. I feel we should be refunded for this rental. I don't recommend this rental to anyone. Avoid the hassle and avoid it ruining your vacation. One other thing I want to mention is that the location of this house is not in the best of neighborhoods and the neighbors kept us up until 3am with loud music. We understand that the host has no control of the music next door however I wanted to share this with you all incase your looking for some peace on your trip that this house might not be the best option. I do not recommend this unit to anyone rent at your own risk!
