About this condo rental
Located in Texas City, this attractive condo for $453 per night is a great option for your next trip. We hope you will consider visiting our home away from home! If you are looking for a quiet beach retreat (or to work or study while on a flexcation with private WIFI), then look no further! You’ll be on island time as soon as you step off the elevator on the 7th floor. Located ON the beach at the quiet East end of Galveston! No busy streets to cross here! You’ll be able to hear the waves, watch the ships coming in and out of port, and enjoy views of the city. The back balcony also overlooks the year round heated pool and 2 pickleball courts/tennis court of the Islander East. The condo comfortably sleeps 6. There is a king bed in the master suite. The second bedroom has a full size bed and full size foam sofa sleeper. 3 smart TVs and 2 comfortable sofas complete the living areas. With a full size kitchen, large island, and stacked washer and dryer in unit, we’ve included all the conveniences of home. There is a pack n play, high chair, and changing pad in the closet. All linens, towels, beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, basic toiletries, dishwasher pods, some coffee, laundry supplies, and beach wagon/chairs/umbrella/toys will be provided to enjoy your stay. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us. All high touch surfaces, linens, and towels will be sanitized by our cleaning staff prior to your arrival. The location of this condo is within a five minute drive to downtown or the seawall. We will provide you with our Island top picks for things to see and do, although you will certainly not be disappointed with the views and quick walk onto the beach for a low key get away! Lastly, there is onsite parking in the gated parking lot for up to 2 cars. When you check in, the 24 hour front lobby staff will greet you and provide you with a parking pass and gate code. We fully enjoyed our time at the property. The condo was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Kristen and Brad responded very quickly to the few questions we had. We appreciated the use of the beach items. The location was wonderful. We felt like we had our own private beach! The condo was just a quick drive from the attractions on Seawall BLVD and downtown Galveston. This was a great famiky getaway.

Arrived, sheets and towels clean, everything else dirty.
Called rep, agreed for someone to come in while we went out for dinner. Got back, something had been sprayed, but nothing cleaned, floors, countertops dirty, ,dishwasher full, unlocked so appeared dirty, frige had food in it. We brought some supplies with us, the sleeve of toilette paper we brought with us was gone when we returned from dinner. tried to vacuum, but vacuum battery was dead. Cleaned what we could ourselves.

Lovely property with amazing views of the Gulf and Bay. While small we felt very comfortable and had everything we needed to have a great time. The East Beach area is perfect for roaming the beach and having it pretty much to yourself. You're also very close to all the restaurants and fun spots by the seawall. Wish we owned this place. Thanks for sharing your great property.

Really nice. Had everything you would need. I had a question on where to find a couple of things and the hosts got back to me right away! The only weird thing are the showers because you have to step up in to them but once we figured that out we were good. If we go to Galveston again we will stay here if it is available!

We typically stay at the complex for the AIA Sandcastle competition every year, and this unit was by far the best. It is larger than the others, so we felt we had more room to spread out and relax. I hope to stay in this unit next year as well! The hosts provide several amenities (soap, laundry, dishwasher, trash bags, paper towels, beach supplies, water filter, coffee, flash lights, cleaning supplies, etc,) that some units don't provide. It was extremely nice!

Our first time going to Galveston and I will recommend staying in this Condo, the location is perfect if you like privacy. The condo was clean and have many things available for us to have a great time in the private beach.

This place has it all. Beautiful views, great beach access and an at home feel to relax. Having the washer and drier in the condo was nice. No need to buy beach toys as there is a closet full of them, including a canopy and even a wagon to haul it all in. The beds were very comfortable. The two bathrooms were nice and we were able to use both showers at one time. We had a great time and would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and well kept with great views. The owners were very receptive and helpful and the customer service was outstanding and properly was very well maintained and quiet. The perfect weekend getaway.

Perfect place to relax
We loved this place, it was clean, right on a beach, awesome views, had great pool, very secured, no loud crowds. Our daughter's room had toys & books she enjoyed. The owners thought of everything. They had a binder about the property & great recommendations on places to visit & dine at. Communication was exceptional. We had the best time here!

Unit was primo as usual and the complex has been painted and upgraded with pickle ball, basketball , corn hole, and bocce ball courts. Very nice facility.

Staff was super, friendly and attentive.
I had to ask myself is this really Galveston over and over because there was barely any seaweed and the beach was clean beautiful and water was warm. I will be back

The Islander East has a captivating view of the dunes and beach and churning surf below. This unit also has a bay-side balcony. Extremely kid-friendly, if that's your situation. Kitchen is very competent, bathrooms refurbished. The folks on site who run the building are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

It was very well appointed, in a great location with literally everything a family could possibly need or want available within the unit, Host were very responsive, extremely accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay great. This location worked perfect for our family of 4. The kids (6 and 10) had a blast at the beach swimming in the ocean and building sand castles right out in front of the condo complex. Great getaway
The location is away from the traffic and noise. Looking at the Galveston skyline at night and watching the sunrise in the morning is nothing but relaxing. The condo was the perfect place to hangout when not sightseeing. The owners were very quick to respond to questions. We came to do nothing but we explored museums, restaurants, and downtown. Galveston and the condo are gems.

The entire experience was beyond expectations. Full kitchen set was a huge plus. And the private beach was enjoyed to the fullest. I will definitely be returning.

My Husband and I visited for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! We both felt so at home and relaxed the second we walked in. The condo is absolutely beautiful along with the beautiful view of the ocean, it’s so clean, and the bed is so comfortable!! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, well maintained condo, great place and beautiful private beach access.
We had all what is needed for the beach, which was extra that made our stay even better.
