This house was absolutely perfect for our weekend. It was close to all the locations we visited and it is simply adorable. I wish we were there in the summer to really enjoy the outdoors.

The house is beautiful ! I want to redecorate my entire house after staying here - a lot of attention to detail! Very clean & beds were very comfortable. We had 10 adults & everyone had nothing but nice things to say. Kitchen is fully equipped & seating for meals inside & outside was great! Close to restaurants, grocery store & shops!

The place was perfect for our group of 9. Plenty of beds for everyone. Pool was clean and perfect temperature. Very clean and great location. Only a couple minute drive from old town. Close enough to take a golf cart back from the bars and restaurants. Overall great place and would recommend to others.

This house truly has it all! All of the amenities were amazing, and the location to Old Town Scottsdale cannot be beat (roughly one mile). Stayed here while on a golf trip with 8 friends and everyone had a blast! TVs in every room too. Would 100% stay here again.

For 10 men on a bachelor party, this house more than accommodated us. The house has high end finishes, super clean, everything we needed for cooking and playing. Great location for old town Scottsdale, casino and golf….all a 10 min ride away. Perfect for friends or family.

Met up with several girlfriends for a college reunion. We had a terrific time. The property is close to Old Town and works great for large groups.

This home was perfect for our large family group. There was plenty of room and things for all 10 of us to do. The kitchen is set up very nicely, especially for a large group. The beds are all super comfortable and the supply of items like towels, garbage bags, paper products, bathroom products, kitchen utensils and even coffee was better than any other vacation property I’ve rented. The property manager was very easy to reach and responded to questions very quickly.
The location of this property to basically anything and anywhere in Scottsdale is perfect to the 101 and the Scottsdale Rd & Camelback corridors. Old town Scottsdale is about a mile away.
I’ll definitely book this property again & highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed here at all.

Great place!
Place was very clean. Great amenities for adults and kids. Outdoor area was awesome with the covered patio, pool, hot tub and putting green area. Beds were very comfortable. Great location close to various shops and restaurants

Perfect for Company Retreat
We used two properties from this owner as lodging for a company golf retreat. This one was, by far, the most fun (and comfortable home). Perfect theme... got to watch the games and continue the team building with all the home had to offer. Would rent this home again!

Fantastic property for reunion!
This was the perfect location and property for a getaway reunion. Spacious and with all the amenities needed for a low key hang out, but also close enough to downtown Scottsdale to easily go for a night out. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked several feasts. The outdoor area with pool and hot tub were perfect for hanging out and soaking up the sun. Host was easy to get a hold of and responded almost immediately to any messages via the app. Would 100% rent again.

Fantastic location, amenities and service
The house was exactly as described and very clean upon arrival. Plenty of space for our group of 9. Pool area and covered patio was an awesome perk with the Arizona summer heat. There is no shortage of things to do on the property and we would love to return. Dave was an excellent host.

Golf Trip
Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a long weekend. The house was immaculate, bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group of 9. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and hanging in the backyard by the pool. The house is stocked with everything you would ever need. If you ever have questions Dave is always very quick to respond. I will definitely be back to Scottsdale, and will be using one of Dave's rentals when I do go back. Awesome experience from start to finish.

Quick Weekend
House was everything we expected and more! We were a group of 7 adults and each of us had our own beds. We really enjoyed hanging outside by the pool.
