Gated and covered reserved parking in this new-build, modern, walkable condo in downtown Asheville. This fifth floor condo features King bed owner’s suite with private bath plus Queen bed guest room with full shared bath plus a Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Enjoy an evening on the balcony with gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and wake up to wake up to a peaceful view and Nepresso coffee/espresso as you plan your day in Asheville. After enjoying what the town and surroundings have to offer, continue your vacation by relaxing in the condo with local art, a fully-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, a grill on the terrace and all the amenities you would expect! You can even catch the mountain sunset while relaxing in the living room and watching the 75” TV. TVs are in every room and plenty of books and games are offered for your entertainment. Located on Biltmore Avenue in downtown, you are central to all that Asheville has to offer: shopping, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and live music venues. One block to Wicked Weed, two blocks to Curate, Posana and Rhubarb and so many others! With the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway just a short drive away, this location is hard to beat! Convenience, luxury, comfort, and an always available staff provide our guests with all the amenities and privacy of a fully equipped condo while also being in the center of the action! This location was perfect for our group. It is walking distance to many breweries, restaurants, and shopping. Check in process was easy and questions were answered promptly. We would stay here again.

The property was perfect for our family of 4. The deck space is massive and private. We enjoyed the great views and fire pit. The location is ideal and very walkable to all that downtown has to offer. We will be back.

The condo is so well decorated, with lovely furniture and linens and thoughtful additions like pods for the Nespresso machine. We loved the large terrace and outdoor fireplace. I highly recommend this property if you want to enjoy downtown Asheville.

We had a really pleasant stay. The place was super clean and the modern furnishings gave it a nice touch. The outdoor space was a great addition, perfect for some relaxation and the built in fireplace was awesome. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we'd definitely recommend it.

We were 2 couples celebrating a 40th bday and couldn’t have asked for a better VBRO experience! Check in was easy and early check in was accommodated. The apartment was clean and very well appointed - coffee was provided and all appliances were high end. The outdoor space was amazing and the location can’t be best!

We traveled with another couple and everyone was pleased with this condo. Newer building, easy access, clean, nice decor & loved the patio and fire table. Great communication with owner. We couldn’t get ice maker to work so would recommend that be fixed.

We had a great stay here. The patio and fire pit were amazing for hanging around at night and drinking our morning coffees outside. The location could not have been better. So close to so many restaurants and breweries.

Loved staying at this property. It had everything we needed, we were right near some amazing breweries and restaurants, and the porch with the fire pit was the cherry on top! 10/10 recommend

We loved this condo for our family trip to Asheville. Lawrence was super responsive. The condo is furnished beautifully and we spent each evening on the balcony. We were able to park the car and walk to all our destinations. We had an extra car that we parked at the Biltmore public garage a couple blocks over. Can’t wait to return!

Our stay at this downtown condo was fabulous! The condo looked exactly like the pictures - very clean, modern, and beautiful! It was the perfect size for our family of four. It had many wonderful amenities, including a Nespresso machine and luxurious blankets. The kitchen was well furnished. The beds were comfortable and even though the condo is located downtown, it was very quiet. The free covered parking was an added bonus! We were able to walk to everything we did, with the exception of the Biltmore House. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

My husband, our son and I were in Asheville to enjoy the holiday with our other son and family. The condo's location worked well for us and the underground parking was very convenient. We found the amenities and appointments just as defined in the overview. We look forward to returning sometime in the near future,

The condo worked out perfectly for our 3 night stay in Asheville. We loved the layout and the fire table on the balcony was wonderful to sit around in the evening. We could walk to many restaurants/bars and our visit to the Biltmore was a quick 12 minute ride, as well as the Grove Park Inn. I can easily recommend staying here.

This condo was perfect for our recent stay in Asheville! So clean and trendy! Comfy beds, amazing patio with fire pit and great view. The location was perfect and close to all the restaurants, breweries and shops. Access to garage and unit was super easy. The only thing I would recommend is having some more basic items in the condo. There was no salt to cook with or body soap to wash with just hand soap. With four girls more towels would have been great as well. 5 stars overall! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully decorated unit overlooking the hillside. New, modern, and everything you need in the unit!. Most of the time we parked the car and walked the neighborhood, which was a delightful experience! The only downside was having to leave before we got to explore some more! Definitely a great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The location is great—within walking distance of lots of restaurants and breweries. Although we didn’t do any cooking, the kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are very comfortable and the entire condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Lawrence quickly responded to our questions and provided a substantial list of favorite restaurants. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Property location was perfect! Walking distance to so many restaurants and breweries. Also a quick Uber ride to many more. Property was clean, and we were provided with lots of amenities. Although the weather was hot, we still used the fire pit because it was to pretty not to :) Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this vrbo with a group of friends celebrating a retirement and we all loved our visit to Ashville in part, because of our stay here. The location was a convenient walk from downtown shopping and restaurants with the underground parking very convenient for trips outside of the city. We all agreed that the patio with the fire pit was a perfect hangout for evening cocktails and the kitchen was so well-appointed if anyone chose to stay in and make their meals (but with so many great breweries and restaurants within walking distance one may not use it!) Our only critique was the lack of extra towels for four adults, the weird way the living room tv turned on at 4 am, and never being able to figure out the ice maker (even after instructions shared by the rental manager.) All issues we gladly didn't let stop our thoroughly enjoyable stay! Thanks for sharing this great rental with us!

Awesome Stay in the South Slope District
Loved our early June stay in Asheville! This was the perfect property and location for us. Breweries, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. When we weren't exploring, we really enjoyed our time on the balcony- great views with a relaxing breeze. The property manager was easily accessible and answered all of our questions. His list of "things to do" was extremely helpful for a first time visitor. First class all the way- we would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous condo!
This property was perfect for a weekend trip with 2 couples. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you could need. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and breweries & short drive for hiking/mountain biking. There was free parking in garage for one car and also a room to store/lock mountain bikes. The owner was super easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to any questions we had. I’d highly recommend this rental & would stay here again if we return to Asheville.
