Located in Ocean City, this lovely house for $404 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Great for a family getaway. Not suitable for senior week. Stylish decor and comfortable furnishings await you, a home away from home. This is a duplex house. Come and enjoy your vacation! Includes: 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, central air conditioning, full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and stove, washer and dryer, dining table, living room with sleeper sofa, TV in all rooms, DVD, high-speed wireless Internet access, and a screened in porch to relax on. You will need to provide your own linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels for both bathing & beach). Conveniently located just off of 87th Street on Caribbean Drive. Close to shopping, dining, and activities. A quick walk to the beach, just 4 short blocks. Park right in the driveway (room for 2 cars). This is a non-smoking property. Sorry, no pets are allowed. This is not a Senior week property. No one under 25 years old is allowed to occupy the property unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A Saturday to Saturday rental mid - June through August. Mini-weeks are available in the off-season. Please contact the owner for more information.

We had a great time on our stay. We visited a lot of places and did a lot of riding. Went to Chincoteague and Assateague and visited alot of nearby restaurants and bars. Green Turtle, Kirby’s, Yellowfins and Ropewalk. We would like to thank Freedom for letting us stay in her home. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the foxes run around the neighborhood. We had plenty of room in the driveway and would love to come stay again.😊👍

The property gets 3-stars. The construction and layout was fine, a bit small with a cozy feeling. There was sufficient space for my wife and I with two young adult children. However, the apt. furnishings are poor. For ex., the master bedroom and living room furniture are very worn, stained, damaged and should be replaced immediately. There was mildew on shower liner so we purchased, replaced and installed a low cost shower liner. To avoid looking at the stains on the dining room table we purchased a low cost tablecloth. The dining room chairs are all smudged. We can feel the springs in the living room couch and the HVAC registers need cleaning and some had rust stains. On a positive tone, the 2024 rental certificate is posted and current. The apt looks painted within the last 2-years, the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are in good shape, the major appliances look fine, the bathrooms are ok but stocked with one partial toilet paper roll in each bathroom. The apt has lots of potential. With minimal TLC, new furniture and minor comforts like toilet paper, dish detergent, and routine mgmt. inspections to include the evaluation of the useful life and replacement cycle of the furnishings, this apt could receive an 4.5 rating. The cost and effort to improve this apt. can be paid for and accomplished with one week’s rental and completed in one weekend of work. To future customers, before renting this property, you should read recent reviews and ask if the furniture was replaced.

My group enjoyed staying here. The place was clean and accurately fit the description and pictures from the listing. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is good location. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

The cottage was exactly what we were looking for - quiet and comfortable. Close to the beach on the north side and a short 15 minute drive to the boardwalk. Wish linen and towels were included, other than that truly enjoyed our stay.

My family (2 teens, 2 kids and myself) enjoyed this property. We arrived early and were able to get in to the property.There was ample space for all of us and the place was in a great spot. I loved how close everything was within a short walking or driving distance to get things that we wanted or needed and it was super easy to find too! The neighborhood was beautiful and friendly. Everything was standard clean and my kids would love to stay there again and are already begging to go back!

We had an amazing time. Freedom was always available for any questions I had and gave me great information. The house was a few short blocks to the beach. You do have to cross a busy street but besides that it was a easy walk. The house was as advertised, had everything you need, we loved sitting on the screened in porch. If you plan to travel to Ocean City, MD I would highly recommend this place to stay at.

We had a wonderful time visiting! The home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood that was perfect for our group, which included teens and a ten year old. There was plenty of space for the five of us! We walked to the little dock, which was very close the house. When we had questions about beach access, Freedom kindly called us right back. The price was perfect for what was included/location.

This property is spacious and clean. It’s a short walk to the beach and grocery store. However you will need to supply everything for your stay from towels, linens, toilet paper, etc. It has a full washer and dryer and an enclosed patio area. Overall we had a nice stay. The owners did communicate all the information regarding the property way in advance.

Biggest thing to be aware of is that many things provided at other short-term rentals are not available here. Lack of linens / towels was known well in advance. But other things - like a sponge - are not provided and we learned of this only after asking. There was no toilet paper when we arrived. Overall was a positive experience and we will certainly consider coming back. Neighborhood is indeed very quiet and with three bedrooms and two full baths very functional. Close, walkable, proximity to supermarkets and restaurants.

The property was as described. We enjoy the quiet location of the bay side and the nice neighborhood. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house though. There were ants on the kitchen counter and crumbs all over the floor.

This was our first time in Ocean city and the stay here was nice. The property was is decent order and the price was very affordable for all the space we had. The house didn't look professionally cleaned when we arrived; blankets stuffed in shelves and not folded, ziploc bag labeled "laundry detergent" was found on an armchair, there were dead flies in the dining and living room, bathroom counter not wiped down. However, the overall cleanliness of the home was good. The area was quiet, but close to a lot of things. We had a lovely time and would come back again.

We enjoyed it. Very calm place, and is closed for the beach and cafes. House was clean and had all that you need. The owner was helpful with all questions that we had.

We really enjoyed our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. We wanted to be further away from the beach area with all the crowds, so being on the bay side of the island was most welcome. There is a nice little pier nearby with picturesque views. Plus we are walkers and it felt very safe to walk to the busier strip from where we were. A bonus for active people would be the new playground built within walking distance (and a very short drive), with tennis and basketball courts. The house itself was well-maintained...we honestly didn't get to stay in it too often because we were so busy. But there were plenty of TVs in case you had a rainy day. We would definitely welcome staying here again.
