Imagine waking up to the rising sun sparkling on the water and the sound of seagulls calling in the distance–yes, you're on vacation! Belmont Towers 608 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that's anything but ordinary. Located on the Southside and overlooking the pool, the scene is remarkable! The balcony allows views that stretch all the way from the beach to the Bay and nearby Assateague Island. You'll find many high-end finishes throughout, including three TVs, two DVDs, a gas fireplace, plush furnishings, and a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and granite countertops. What's nearby: Take the elevator downstairs and you're just steps from the water's edge and hundreds of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Best of all, you can forget about the stress of battling (and paying) for a parking spot. Park your car in Belmont's gated, covered garage and leave it there because you are already where the action is! Things to know: In the event guest cancels their reservation Vacasa will return the unit to the rental market in an attempt to re-rent the unit. If Vacasa is able to re-rent the unit for the same amount or greater you will receive a refund less a $150 cancellation fee. If Vacasa is able to secure a reservation at a lesser rate you will be entitled to a refund less the $150 cancellation fee and the difference in reservation amounts. If we are unable to re-rent the unit you will forfeit the full rental amount. * Please note that there are active security cameras in all common areas Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: Building Security Camera operation 24/7 in Common Areas. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We enjoyed the location of the Belmont Towers, right next to the beach and walkable to food/drink/entertainment options. Vacasa provided the basic amenities that we needed for our weekend, and everyone had a great stay!

The AC filter appeared to not be changed for months, terrible for allergies. 2nd bedroom had a very small TV and no cable. The whole place is in need of a redo. The toilets have not even been changed to comfort height. One of the balcony doors would not lock. Zero view of the boardwalk, don't believe the pictures.

Condo needs fresh paint, replace bedspread and blinds, include WIFI, add hooks and towel bars in bathrooms. Living room upholstery needs a deep cleaning. Great layout and view but deperately needs some TLC. Outside noise filtered into condo. Kitchen dishware, cookware, and appliances were adequate. Would probably not stay again because WIFI not included.

Just steps off the boardwalk and beach, you can be in the thick of the action in moments, but the private balcony with a relaxing view over the pool gives you a quiet reprieve from the noise and commotion. Beds not made prior to arrival (got the linen package)

Beds not made prior to arrival (got the linen package)

Property was cleaned and rental staff were friendly. We ordered the linen package so that the beds would be made when we arrived late Friday night. However, the beds were not made and the linens were in a large plastic laundry bag on the floor. So we had to make them when we got there late at night after a long drive. That was the hassle we wanted to avoid in the first place which is why we decided to spend money on the linen package. Especially since it was kind of pricey for what you get, we were frustrated. It was a rough start to an otherwise pleasant stay.
