Guests can wake up to a brilliant sunrise and fall asleep listening to the waves crash on the shore. The gorgeous interior is sunny and cheerful and has been designed and decorated with vacation guests in mind. Luxurious features include free WiFi access, a well-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, TVs in the living room and bedrooms, a jetted Whirlpool tub in the main bath, a gas fireplace, a full-size washer/dryer, and so much more! Park your car in Belmont's gated, covered garage and leave it there because you're already where the action is! You'll be only steps away from the beach, Boardwalk, restaurants, and rides. Things to know: In the event guest cancels their reservation Vacasa will return the unit to the rental market in an attempt to re-rent the unit. If Vacasa is able to re-rent the unit for the same amount or greater you will receive a refund less a $150 cancellation fee. If Vacasa is able to secure a reservation at a lesser rate you will be entitled to a refund less the $150 cancellation fee and the difference in reservation amounts. If we are unable to re-rent the unit you will forfeit the full rental amount. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The place itself was very nice but it wasn’t very clean. Baseboards were very dirty, along with the kitchen island wall. The air vents were fuzzy with dirt build up. Our bare feet were black with dirt from the floors

We’ve stayed at numerous condos at the Belmont Towers and this one may be the best of the lot. Great location and view; nice decorations (love the painting on the wall), and pretty quiet considering it’s right on the boardwalk. Considered giving 5 stars but a few items didn’t work (e.g. jacuzzi tub and the ladder to the bunk bed were broken); called Vacasa first day (and second) and were told someone would come by shortly to fix but no one did. Nevertheless, would consider them an upgrade from the prior property manager who left floors/ baths dirtier and wouldn’t change linens, even with the separate package that would be purchased. Overall- 601 is a great choice for an OC vacation.

The condo was AMAZING. Very spacious. Plenty of space for husband and 3 kids .NOT a big deal but a little disappointed when I called in during the week about 2 linens bags that were left outside of condo all week. it was from the previous last 2 visitiors. OVERALL...I LOVE THE CONDO and we WILL be renting from them again.

601 has a nice balcony with a view of ocean and bay. A bit more windy than expected but refreshing. Kitchen amenities are lacking as oven was tagged not to use, microwave handle broken, place settings were short, and other small concerns. All communicated to management at check in, with no resolutions during our stay. No follow up.

We stayed in this Unit 2 years ago and will stay here 2 years from now. Every thing you want to do is within walking distance, pier, beach, boardwalk and fishing. Parking garage, for two cars, very handy. All this said, the unit is starting to need an upgrade. We had an oven problem. The owner did order a new oven for the unit. A new management company took over in April, they indicated a new unit standard that unit owners will have to meet to have them represent them.

What a perfect location for our OCMD Vacation! We were smack-dab in the middle of all the boardwalk activities. Excellent dining choices are within easy walking distance as well! Accommodation was VERY comfortable and had tremendous views of the beach, up & down the boardwalk and sunrise (if you happen to be an early riser while on vacation)! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Perfect location

Perfect location

The place was great. We had a great week! We probably didn’t walk further than 2-3 blocks the whole time because the beach, the pool, and the boardwalk were right there. We had four parents and three kids and it was very comfortable for all of us. Great place, awesome vacation!
