This condo features two spacious bedrooms, a bright living room and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. You'll also find free WiFi, a flatscreen TV in each room, new carpeting throughout, and private parking for two cars at no cost. Comfortable and convenient, this beachfront property offers you the best of both worlds: a quiet North Ocean City setting but with fun and excitement right at your fingertips. Many great shops, activities, and restaurants are within walking distance. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Very nice furniture including the balcony table and chairs. We really enjoyed the ocean front sound and view, it was relaxing. We appreciated the cable TV so we could watch the playoffs! Kitchen was well equipped. Starter kit of supplies were perfect and linens were nice. Had a wonderful time.

We really liked the place. Great location. Updates are good but needs new carpet in the bedrooms. The carpet there is pretty nasty. Cleaning crew needs to do much better.

The condo was really nice and the view was amazing! However, it was definitely not clean at all. The floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed, hair all over the bathroom and on the towels, and there was old coffee left.

Wonderful views and easy access to the beach. Love the location. The place could use some updating. The carpets are a little smelly in certain areas in each bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the services were wonderful and responsive.

The unit was clean upon arrival and the ocean view was great!! Quiet location within walking distance of some businesses. Parking was excellent with assigned unit spaces. Vey close to Delaware border. Would recommend this unit to others.

Just what we needed during Spring Break. A great place to call home-base while visiting near by family. The rest of the time here we enjoyed beautiful views, playing good ol' board games, collecting shells & happy, simple family time - just us. Very thankful.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was not only a beautiful view from the living room and bedroom but nicely and comfortably decorated. The location was just what we wanted. The owners left necessary items to use in cooking. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great location only downside is our unit didn’t seem to be cleaned thoroughly. After doing so myself I was very grateful to notice all the little things are provided, from dishes and spices to chairs and toys for the beach everything g you need is there.

Family of 4, two small kids - this has turned into our ‘go-to’ spot. Beautiful views, very clean and so incredibly convenient to get to/ from the beach. Great mini golf and restaurants nearby! The check-in and check-out process is the only part that’s somewhat of an eyeroll (if you are headed north) bc you have to pick up and drop off the parking passes back to 52nd. Overall though we think it’s worth it and can’t wait to go back again next year!

The pictures are very accurate and our family of 5 was very comfortable in this condo. The location can't be beat and it was a short walk out of the garage, across the dunes and to the beach which was perfect for us. Sunrise and dolphin viewing while having a cup of coffee on the balcony can't be beat! I would recommend taking stock of what's provided before making your shopping list since there was a good selection of spices, plastic wrap, trash bags, toilet paper/paper towel, hand soap and bathroom amenities for our use, so we didn't end up needing a lot of what we packed. Also a closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. Overall a good place to stay but could use some updating considering the cost of the rental.

Condo was great! The only negative I booked on VRBO and it was listed with a real estate company. VACATION RENTAL BY OWNER nope. And no early check in. Had to wait until 4pm and stand in line to get pin number for key pad. Other than that the place was great!

We were given one address to pick up checkin package and was at another address. Check out time on one paper said 9 and on another said 10. Need to make sure all papers say the same thing. The place was really nice with a gorgeous view and really enjoyed our stay.
