Located in Ocean City, this charming condo for $443 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Century I 1007 Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Relaxation awaits at Century I 1007, an updated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, oceanfront condo in North Ocean City (at 99th Street). This two-story, 1,260-square-foot property offers a unique experience in that it has balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides of the condo for beautiful views of both the ocean and the bay (which means sunrises and sunsets). The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with comfortable furnishings, a ceiling fan, and a flatscreen TV. Step from the living room onto your oceanfront balcony to enjoy the salty sea breezes and panoramic views of the ocean, the beach, and the entire Ocean City coastline stretching out in the distance. The bedrooms, each of which has a flatscreen TV and a ceiling fan, are located on the opposite side of the condo, offering panoramic views of the bay. This condo offers a king bed in the main bedroom, a queen mattress in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Additional amenities include free WiFi, central AC, and a washer/dryer. Just take the elevator downstairs and you are just steps from the ocean and sand! The condo also includes a free storage locker by the service elevator to store all of your beach chairs, umbrella, and toys. Guests of Century I have access to great facilities that include an indoor pool (open seasonally), an oceanfront sun deck, and a fully renovated gym with a sauna. A variety of restaurants and attractions are conveniently located within walking distance, including Liquid Assets, Trattoria Lombardi's, and the Ocean City Public Library. You'll also be a short drive or bus ride from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk on the south side of town and beautiful Northside Park up at 126th Street - the host of fun events throughout the year as well as a fishing/crabbing pier, an expansive playground, and peaceful walking paths. Things to Know A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out. The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October. The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 10. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This was probably the best condo we have ever stayed in and I'm not just saying that. Very clean, had everything we needed, and it was everything as it was described. Comfortable beds, beautiful views, plenty of room for our family of 5. The storage locker is a great bonus as well!! Great area. Close to grocery store and restaurants. I highly recommend staying and will definitely be back!

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was in great condition, super clean, beds were very comfy, updated kitchen, spacious living area with a lovely balcony and excellent view of the ocean! Would absolutely recommend and will hopefully be coming back to stay here in the future (just not during biker weekend ever again lol)!

Well furnished needs to take care of the dust tough because curtains smells dust and cigarettes . Otherwise I enjoyed my vacation ,I will return definitely one day . Don’t hesitate to reserve in this apartment absolutely fantastic view .

Property was in a good location with the beach right outside. Deck is decent sized but hard to see the water when sitting on the deck. Unit was clean but could use updates, screen on porch is ripped in several spots so can't leave the door open. Bathroom shower door was off the hinge and we had to fix it, leaks a lot and the bathrooms are miniture. Nice new floors and somewhat of an updated kitchen. Overall clean but building is older and needs updates as well. The dog next door, the owner of that unit, barked nonstop. Wrote to the company and received no response. It says no dogs but I guess owners can, just an FYI. It was nice to have a washer/dryer in unit. View from bedrooms are of the bay but overlooks the parking lot and main road, not horrible though and it was stated on the listing. I do love the 2 floors, my daughter and friend stayed in the lower floor bedroom that has a bathroom. Gave privacy for them. So overall it worked but I have stayed in better and would probably skip this one the next time. Staff at the check in counter - not so friendly.

Don't let the spartan exterior of the building, the rusty grocery shopping carts (you'll see) or overcrowded and slow beach elevator deter you from staying here. Unit 1007 was recently refurbished and beautiful. The beach front two story condo with views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Assawoman Bay was perfect for my family of 5. Amazing sunrises and sunsets are in order. The indoor pool was a nice break from the crashing waves. The check in an check out process were both seamless. I will definitely consider staying here again.

** Some NEGATIVES - WiFi was not include** the description and the Vantage representative said WiFi include. I didn’t appreciate being lied to. They claim the building has WiFi- this is untrue. The WiFi never worked. The service/beach elevator was also very busy. A bit hard to lug up and down your personal items. Also the back patio closes early. We went down around 9 pm to sit in the back to relax but security said the doors are locked? Not sure why....
This is a fair price for what you get. I have to say everyone we interacted with were very nice.
