BE COMFORTABLE | Our two bedrooms are furnished with brand new queen size beds with memory foam mattresses and antibacterial luxury white sheets. Each room has a built in USB port on each lamp and a fun clock/alarm clock. If you prefer to sleep-in, just draw the drapes before bedtime. Open the sliding glass doors in the master and let the soothing sound of the surf and the scent of fresh salt air lull you to sleep. The kitchen offers a fun play in color with a new vintage turquoise fridge, new stainless steel stove/oven and range hood. Start your day with a cup of fresh brewed coffee on your private balcony enjoying the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico. SWIM, SUN AND PLAY | Just outside the back of our building is the newly remodeled and year-round pool and spa. South Padre Island (SPI) boasts some of the cleanest beaches in the state of Texas and to get on the beach you only need to walk through the gate, it’s that close. EAT POOLSIDE | There are three BBQ /picnic areas right next to the pool, spa, and beach. ** During the winter, the pool's temperature is around 72 degrees while the hot tub is 102 degrees. STAY SAFE | The Aquarius is a gated building, staffed with a friendly and professional management team who are available to you 24/7. The building offers free parking, a laundry room, a small fitness room and separate women’s and men’s sauna rooms. GET OUT AND ABOUT | Conveniently located in the heart of SPI you’ll be a short walking distance to shopping, entertainment and great bay-side restaurants. There is no lack of things to do on the Island and in nearby areas for both adults and children. Activities include but are not limited to: golf, parasailing, jet ski rental, water-park, go carts, dolphin watch, bird watching, sea turtle exhibit, maritime museum and a lighthouse to mention just a few. No wristband fee in effect although, there is a replacement fee for lost wristbands. My son and I stayed here the week of Christmas. Coming from a cold weather state, this condo was perfect. The view is absolutely breathtaking! I strongly recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise! I would come back to this condo again as it's safe and quiet.

Little smaller than we expected, but nice designer oriented style and worth the stay. They put the money in the right places. Great bed, great outside deck chairs, comfortable interior, great coffee maker. Staff was very nice too.

This is the second time we've stayed at this location and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is outstanding. We park the car when we arrive and walk everywhere. There are lots of places to eat nearby and also to listen to live music and there are chair rentals on the beach directly behind the condo. The pool is also very nice.

Great view from balcony! Only one chair to sit on though. Bathroom floor was not very clean and mold bottom of shower door. Gritty floors throughout condo- we hadn’t even gone to the beach or anywhere Biggest thing —Stained sheets in bedroom up front — I took pictures. When we pulled back the blanket there were stains on the white sheets. Night stands were very dusty.

Rachel & Willie, Great condo! Perfect for the two of us. Had everything needed except there was only the one trash bag. Otherwise, location is awesome, clean, great property and management service. Loved every moment on the large balcony with the Gulf breeze and sunrises. The living room is beautifully done so you do not feel cramped at all. Great job with this space!

This was our 1st time to South Padre and it made a huge impact on the kids. They are already ready to go back to the beach even know we just left. Would definitely come back to the condo again. Everyone made us feel like home and welcomed us with open arms. We diffentely made lots of memories.

First, what a lovely couple who went above and beyond to provide all details necessary to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Our first time to SPI and they provided restaurants and attractions, which was so helpful. The condo was beautiful, clean, aesthetically pleasing, cozy with a gorgeous oceanfront view! Can’t beat this location. Close to everything, steps from the beach. Views out the living area and master bedroom are beautiful. The condo is small, I wouldn’t put 4 adults in it but for 2 people it’s fine.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is clean and comfortable. I loved the view directly to the ocean. The condo is in a nice property that is an easy walk to the beach. The complex has a great pool and hot tub as well. Some nice restaurants close by too. Will stay again.

This was truly an amazing find and I loved every second of my stay here. The condo is beautiful, spacious, has an amazing view, and has everything you could need to make you feel the comfort of your own home on vacation. The check in process was quick and simple, the pool and courtyard area provides a relaxing quiet space, and the condo is in a great location to easily go enjoy the activities on SPI. The owners were very accommodating with helpful communication and instructions. Everything was exactly as listed and very clean with perfect beach aesthetic decor that made the stay even more enjoyable.

My friend and I LOVED this condo! You've heard the expression "Location, location, location," well, this place has that going on in spades. The view is spectacular, it is footsteps from the beach, it is a quick walk to the free Island shuttle stops and the entertainment district. The condo itself is so nicely decorated, cozy and beachy chic. The kitchen is well appointed and again, that gorgeous view!! The beds were so comfortable we had to ask what they were for future reference!! The owners, Rachel and Willie, were absolutely great to work with, always quick with replies to our questions and happy to provide all sorts of useful information for our visit. You can't go wrong with Ocean View 805! My friend and I will always remember our first stay there, and hope to go back someday! Highly recommend!!

We stayed here over Spring Break and had a lovely time. Our young kids loved having the pool and beach just steps away. The condo was very clean, and our favorite part was sitting on the balcony enjoying the amazing ocean view! We had one small issue with a table during our stay, and the owner responded within minutes of us reaching out to get it remedied. The location is wonderful, and we were able to walk to a lot of the restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend staying here!

There is absolutely nothing that needed to be added to this condo.. Everything we needed wasthere. Comfortable beds and you can wake up to sun and waves! They have so many little things there like qtips,cotton balls, sunscreen, toiilet paper and more. So thoughtful of them. We cooked and are every meal there but one. There was everything you needed. We loved it ❤️

This was a great property with a beautiful view of the beach. The condo was immaculately clean and everything that you would need for a weekend stay was provided. The hosts provided all information in a timely manner and they take obvious pride in their rental and customer service.
