About this condo rental

Nestled in South Padre Island, this charming condo for $310 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The entire outside of building has just gotten a complete re-do! The building looks like new. We replaced all wood, trim and re-stucco and painted the building. All furniture and appliances are like new. The kitchen has very nice stove, refrigerator and micro wave. Also includes dishwasher and large pantry. The Master has one King Bed with nice relaxing bedroom furniture with beautiful night stands and lamps on each. Second Room has one queen size bed and one full size bed with nicely decorated artwork. It also includes a night stand between beds with beautiful lamp. ALL mattresses are new! We purchased new beds in July 2022. Living Room has couch and love seat with a 55" HD TV . It is a two minute walk to the boardwalk that leads to the beach. Very well kept condo with a private swimming pool behind the 8 plex. No condo is better decorated than this on the Island. Every piece of artwork was picked by my wife and I and we just recently decided to rent it so that you can enjoy the blessings we have. We just joined VRBO in 2019 and that is why the price is EXCEPTIONAL! Nothing was spared when furnishing this beautiful place. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The price on the listing is for 4 people. A small additional charge will be added for the 5th and 6th persons.

The listing was exactly as described. 2 bedroom 2 bath. Very clean. Convenient to the beach. Convenient to dining. You can rent chairs and an umbrella at the beach. It is inexpensive and convenient. I would definitely stay here again. The beds are very comfortable.

This property was so clean. Every surface was shining and spotless. With parking at the beach accesses being a nightmare it was a wonderful relief to be located just across the street & a breeze to walk to/from with our two young children and all the beach gear. The location was quiet and comfortable & the private pool was a wonderful bonus! We absolutely loved our time there & are so grateful to have had a blessed family vacation.

We had a great time on South Padre Island! The condo was even better than the pictures and perfect for our girls trip! It was conveniently located in the middle of the island and was close to everything we needed! We did rent a car for the week but it was a super short walk to the beach and the dollar store as well as nearby restaurants. Our host was very friendly and responsive!

This condo was perfect for us! Great location with easy access to beach across the street. You park right in front of your door which made unloading super easy. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were great! Sitting by the pool was very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed this place in South Padre. Great location just across the street from a beach access. It’s a short walk to a great restaurant - Blackbeard (reasonably priced) and across from it was a Dollar General. Quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean and nicely equipped. Beds were comfortable. Decorations were beautiful. Highly recommend the place!

Loved this little place! It was clean, the kitchen, bathrooms, even laundry was very well stocked. There was even puzzles and games as well as the tv. We were so close to the beach and within walking distance to a really good seafood restaurant. I loved the little pool in the back. We were very comfortable and happy with this rental and would most definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you so much for the accommodations!

This was the perfect rental experience for our, nearly, 2 week stay. It was ground floor. Which not only made it easily accessible for us with our small children and stroller, but also for my elderly grandmother (no stairs). It's within a block's walk to beach access and had a Dollar General grocery store within walking distance, as well. Inside was spacious and very neatly organized and clean. It felt & looked much larger than the pictures made it look! We could have done a couple cartwheels in the Master bedroom. It was fully furnished and had all the appliances we could have needed (keurig, coffee pot, toaster, blender, crock pot, etc.), plus a washer & dryer. The TV in the living room is a smart TV PLUS has cable. So we were able to sign-in to our Disney Plus, Amazon, & Hulu during our stay (they provided complimentary Netflix). The trash runs weekly, but we didn't need to do anything. The trash service people took care of it as long as we put our trash in the outdoors bin. Oh, the one thing I will note, but it is not a big deal at all, just wasn't aware, is that the balcony/porch connected to the Master, is fully enclosed. So to access the pool, you have to go out the front door and walk around to the pool gate. The hosts communicated well and were willing to work with us and answer questions. Just, super awesome people. They want you to have a wonderful stay, and we for sure did! Thank you!

Everything about this sweet rental was as you see! I asked if laundry detergent and beach towels were provided, and quickly was told both were there, which both were! We did have a problem with getting the tv on.... of course it was probably operator error, but reached out and was told how to correct and It worked! The walk to the beach was 2 minutes and an easy walk! The parking was Safe and easy! Loved this rental - plenty of room! Will reach out again for next trip!

What a perfect place to take a family trip. Down the street from Blackbeard's and dollar general. Beach access right across the street. Very clean. Pool is perfect for young kids. I'll be returning here for sure

The place was everything and more!! Beautiful decor!! Pool was great for the kids!! A very short walk to beach, so that’s a plus too!! Restaurants, stores, and shops are nearby. Communication was great with the owner. Whenever I had a question, he responded back quick. Will definitely stay at this condo again!!
