Situated in South Padre Island, this charming house for $277 per night is a great option for your next break. Hacienda del Mar #1 is a comfy townhouse located just a short walking distance to the beach. This is the perfect vacation home for your entire family to enjoy! It is half block from Blackbeards restaurant, two blocks from the post office and three blocks from the movie theater and a new public boat ramp within a mile from the property. The townhouse showcases hi-speed wireless internet, two (2) flat screen LED TVs (the living room TV is a 65"smart TV), leather sectional sofas/recliner, ceramic tile counter tops, washer/dryer, central air . Spend the day relaxing at the beach, and the afternoons either at the semiprivate swimming pool or on one of the decks/balcony overlooking the street or the pool. The Patio also features a BBQ grill and a bar counter top where to enjoy a cold refreshment by the pool. House-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee.(2 max) usually $59 per pet. If it was not included on the original quote, it may be charged after reservation is booked Notes: - Multilevel property - Garage on ground floor, Living area and 2nd floor...Master Bedroom on 3rd floor. - Swimming pool is not heated - This property is registered and holds an occupancy permit with the city of South Padre Island

Everything was great and as advertised. a little more attention to detail on cleaning would be appreciated nothing major just dirty doors that needed wiped down and were missed☺️ but overall we were impressed and had a great stay

Hacienda del Mar #1 was great! Very clean and had nice touches like an extra fan, dehumidifier, and an accessible garage. Check-in and checkout were easy and no hassle. Host was available if we had any needs. Great balconies and nice pool area. My family and I enjoyed our stay in this nice part of the island with a great host.

Me and my family enjoyed the stay. We spent most of the time at beach and it’s very close by. Only thing to note is the steps are steep and easy to skip with wet feet so if any elderly people are coming please make sure to walk slowly on steps.

According to previously reviews, I could experience improvements in the property. They have now a de-humidifier, so no more musty smell!!! The house was very clean and they provide all the kitchen utensils. Contacting the manager was easy and he answered after few minutes. The location is perfect. Short walk distance to the beach.

For the most part the stay was good. The house was clean but there was a stale smell to it. Hot water didn't work the best. But for the money and location it was a good stay. Wish the house had some updated amenities.

House had everything we needed for a week at the beach. Close to everything, outside shower, and refreshing pool. Well- stocked kitchen where we were able to make several meals at home and sit at the beautiful glass top table as a family. Great place!

Hacienda Del Mar was a nice place to stay. Townhome was nice and comfortable to stay in. The listing should mention steep steps. One of our party members struggled with climbing up and down. Overall, good place for the value.

Nice and comfortable. It was very clean and spacious, we loved how close to the beach and restaurants we were. The children enjoyed swimming while the adults cooked on the grill and relaxed by the pool. Overall it was a great experience and will definitely return.

This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend. The home is a short walk to the beach, we really enjoyed ourselves here. The home was very clean and bigger than I envisioned. We will look into this townhome again! Thank you guys.

The condo was exactly what we expected. It was spacious & comfortable. It was also very clean & well cared for. The beach was very close & the pool was nice. We will definitely rent from Roberto again.
