Located in South Padre Island, this lovely condo for $313 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect family rental that will leave both the kids and adults happy. The home has a large flat screen TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. A king size bed and a flat screen TV in the Master bedroom, a queen size in bedroom #2 and two twin beds in bedroom #3 and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a washer and dryer vertical center conveniently located in the home and close to the bedrooms. The dining area has French doors opening to the balcony overlooking the pool. Other amenities include WiFi throughout the property. A wonderful and refreshing semi-private pool (shared by only two other units) awaits you and your family when you come back from the beach. The patio also features a stone picnic table and tropical patio furniture, all surrounded by year-round flower beds. The awesome SPI beach is only a short walk away, and there are a couple of good restaurants also at walking distance from the home, such as PadreRita Grill and Blackbeards, two of my favorites! Notes: - Swimming pool is not heated - This property is registered and holds an occupancy permit with the city of South Padre Island - House-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee.(2 max) usually $59 per pet. If it was not included on the original quote, it may be charged after reservation is booked

I didn’t go to stay at this place Casa A Malbec, which I had reserved and paid for, but my son stay there which it was arranged for him, when he arrived there to get into the place, my name was not on the list and he had to call the property manager in order to get the code for the house and to see that all was working correctly, but other than that he like the house where he stayed at

The stay was great. The owner checked in on us via email and showed great communication. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We plan to stay here or at another property managed by same owner when we come back.

Our family of 4 and cousin's family of 3 enjoyed a fun 2 night stay. It is a short, easy walk to the beach. The condo was clean, fully stocked and comfortable. The kids took advantage of the pool both evenings. We had one question at check-in and the host responded immediately to resolve the issue. Would happily stay here again!!!

We stayed a total of 8 days, with 8 of us. I had to call the owner twice and he was great. He answered the first time, and immediately took care of anything asked. The property is great, and very family friendly. We enjoyed it.

The property was PERFECT! My family enjoyed every minute of it. They wouldn’t get out of the pool LOL. But really this property was one of the best we’ve stayed at on the island. We will definitely be staying here again and again. Thank you so much to the owners check in was easy and the property was very clean. So much room for my big family of 8. Thanks again.

This is my second time staying at this property and I was very happy to see that it's been beautifully maintained since my last trip a couple of years ago. Everything was very clean, beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the things needed for cooking a meal or making drinks. The beach is a very quick walk so it's easy to make several trips a day without feeling inconvenienced whatsoever. My favorite part about this condo is the back deck and patio area where you can relax and have drinks or swim and suntan. Everyone in my party had an amazing time- we will be back!

Nice property flip flopping distance to Beach Access 13. Quaint pool shared with other tenants but private as ground floor units don’t back onto it. Good sized rooms and living room. Small Dining Room and Kitchen could use some upgrades but workable. Excellent property for two couples and their kids. Or a big family. Dog Friendly with great perches on balconies tolet your pet lookout and bask in the sun or shade without fear of running away. Property Manager is quick to answer questions or have items serviced. Highly recommended

My wife and I took our two youngest adult children and our 14 year old granddaughter to South Padre Island for the first time. We loved our condo....excellent location, reasonable price and very comfortable accommodations. We would definitely stay at Casa Malbec A again when we return to SPI.

My girlfriends and i loved our stay this time! We have all been to SPI many times and found our stay at Casa Malbec to be super comfortable, easy walk to the beach and the pool at the end of the day to be perfect! Great place and wonderful landlord. Well kept and clean, close to everything, and comfortable. The fridge stopped working and the landlord had a replacement up and running a few hours later. Would recommend.

Had a great time! Condo was very roomy and well kept. We went at end of September (out of peak season) and had the place to ourselves. Half-block from Gulf side of Island, easy walk to beach. I was concerned about $200.00 up-front damage deposit, but it was refunded no problem within a week. Hope to come back.

The house was exactly what we were wanting. Short walk to the beach, plenty of space with all the amenities we needed. Loved having the private pool available to us. I would definitely stay here again!
