Situated in South Padre Island, this charming condo for $370 per night is a great option for your next vacation. PERMIT #2023-1771 STANDARD OCCUPANCY (Sleeps): 6 guests (includes infants or children) MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 8 guests (includes infants or children) VEHICLE MAXIMUM: 2 vehicles (includes golf carts, boat trailers or any other recreational vehicles) PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS DURING MARCH & HOLY/EASTER WEEK. Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee. This three bedroom two bath condominium is perfect for a family of six. Located on the gulf interior this condo is walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Located at the Aqua condominiums complex this condo has a queen bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the first guest bathroom, and two twin beds in the second guest bedroom. There is a flat screen television every bedroom.The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a breakfast bar with stools for additional seating. The bbq/picnic area near the community pool is a great place to relax and catch some sun. This condo also comes equipped with washer/dryer, cable, and wifi.

This condo is a two minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to downtown, and a spacious bedrooms HUGE kitchen. Staff make everything easy. İf it's open, book it!

It’s was great! I loved the balcony and it accommodated the family well. I do like how there was plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend!

The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be changed and the bed squeak . I can't sleep or get comfortable folding in the mattress

The location was excellent, easy access to the beach. Check in was smooth and no hassle. The only complain was the cleanliness of the condo when we checked in we found several dirty socks throughout condo like it wasn’t clean prior to arriving. The floor mats in the bathrooms were soaked and smelled. I don’t think we’d return due to cleanliness.

This condo was a delight! It was clean, quiet despite there being spring breakers on the island, and a close walk to the beach. In both pre-trip communications and during our trip, the staff were incredibly responsive to email questions and usually offered recommendations of places we were looking for.

I highly recommend Aqua 4 and SPI Rentals. They respond very quickly to any concerns you have on the property. The only thing I would say needs assessment would be the water pressure. The showers water pressure is very low in both showers. Overall a great place to stay.

I highly recommend staying at this condo and will make this our go to on our trips to SPI. I have no complaints. It's within a short walking distance to a beach access point, convenience store and restaurants. The condo is spacious, VERY clean, in neat order, wifi, cable in all bedrooms and complete with all working appliances. The master bedroom balcony overlooks the pool that is great for taking a dip to cool off. You can't beat this condo for your next relaxing trip to SPI, It was like we were at home. Staff is very pleasant and friendly. Don't miss your chance to stay in condo #4, book it now!

Good location and convenient to the beach. Okay stay for first time staying in a condo. Pool was murky and had to call to get it clean. Someone was sent out the next day. Couldn’t use the pantry. No broom to sweep up, otherwise we would have. Had to use the mop to try and clean/sweep the floor. Washer/dryer was great. Couldn’t find where to hook up DVD player for movie night, so just watched TV/Netflix or played/watched on phone. AC worked great.

My boyfriend and our 3 kids stayed here from 5/31-6/3 and it was perfect for us. Plenty of room and great amenities. Love the fact that it is in walking distance to the beach. The property and the area were beautiful.

This Condo was nice. A little update would go a long way. I know it's a rental...but almost went and bought new cutting boards and knives to donate. Plastic cups would be better than glass. The main bathroom toilet didn't work properly so needed to manually flush. When called about it there was no response. The pool was disgusting at all times. So with two little ones it would have been nice to do the beach for half day and pool other half but was not an option. When called about it the guy came 2 days later and said it was a filter issue and he was not dealing with it. Overall, we made the trip great but not because of this rental
