Located on South Padre Island, Texas, this condo is part of La Isla Residences Complex on the less congested, south end of the island. You will find many local restaurants and businesses are a short walk or drive away, plus the beach and lots of water sports are nearby. Condo Info: This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is able to accommodate a family of 6-8 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed and attached master bath. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds. Each of the bedrooms has a wall mounted smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has beautiful granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. The family room area has a sectional sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa. There is a large Smart TV for relaxing and enjoying movies. The balcony has a small bistro set and provides and excellent location to watch the Space X launches. Amenities: Gated Complex 2 large pools Hot tub Toddler Pools Charcoal BBQ Area with picnic tables Gym Sundeck area with views of the bay Safety and Cleanliness: For your safety, we always professionally clean and disinfect the condo. We provide self-check in and check out using keyless entry. Pet and Smoking Policy: No pets or smoking is allowed inside the condominium. (smoking allowed on balcony). Parking: La Isla Residence is gated. There is a limit of two vehicles that can part on the premises. Permits need to be placed on the vehicles to avoid them from being towed. An overflow lot is located across the street from the complex for additional vehicles or watercrafts. A key to the gate door that leads to the access to the beach walkway will be hanging next to the entrance door. Owner Info: We are local owners and available if needed. The condo has been recently updated and is one of the nicest in the complex. It is our personal family condo that we enjoy with our kids. We wish to share the experience with other families

The condo was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Beds were super comfortable! The host was always quick to respond to any questions. No view from the balcony, and the gym was disappointing, but we did enjoy the pool. Would have been nice to have more towels and a place to get beach gear (chairs, shade structure, small cooler) since we flew in and didn't have access to those items. We would stay again.

Overall the process from booking to checking out was a great and easy experience. The host was very hekpfjl and always awnsered messages right away. The unit itself was very clean,spacious and the beds were super comfortable! Definitely looking to stay here again in the future!

The condominium community is always well maintained. We've stayed plenty of times. Beds were very comfy. The only issue we had was that the living room TV wasn't connecting to the wifi. Would definitely book this condo again.

Condo was fully stock! They have pans, spices, hangers, cue tips, towels, sand toys, you name it! The pool was amazing, very spacious. Highly recommend it.

Hi! I took my daughters and their friends here for a quick beach birthday celebration. The condo looks just like it does online! It was clean, safe and super close to the beach. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. The host communicated all details and check in was easy. The condo also had little extras such as spices which was perfect because I forgot mine! We will definitely be back!!

The place was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay. Beach is a 10 min walk but was not too bad at all. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The whole place was very clean and comfortable. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit as well. The restaurant Pier 19 right across the street and we enjoyed dinner there. Everything is pretty close and you are close to Port Isabel bridge to get to Walmart and HEB. Will likely want to stay here again.

Condo was super clean just as specified. Very roomy for 3 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of seating. Cleaning service came a little early forcing us out before check-out. Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay. Will definitely visit again!

I would not hesitate to stay here again. Eric was easy to communicate with. Condo was clean and comfortable. There were a few items that weren’t there when we checked in and within 2 hours those items were delivered to our door. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at La Isla, in Eric's condo! The cleanliness, the set up for our stay, the amenities that were offered! Eric has done a wonderful job keeping it maintained and it is absolutely beautiful! The kids loved the pool! The neighbors were so nice and friendly! We can't wait to go back!! We would recommend Eric to anyone wanting to stay in SPI!!!

The property was exactly as promoted. It’s perfect for six people. It was clean, had all the things you would need in an apartment. There was condiments, coffee (even some drinks), broom, cleaning supplies, etc. Perfect to cook for your family. It is within walking distance from the beach, about a 10 min walk. It’s perfect for families and you get some privacy because there’s two bedrooms. The few downsides were the lay out of the property is a bit awkward (my husband hit the bed coming out of the restroom), there was some fruit flies on the room and he room is right outside of the elevator. But we would definitely stay there again. For the price, the location and the amenities, it’s better than most hotels on SPI. It’s our first time staying in a condo, we usually stay at the Pearl, Hilton, Schlitterbahn (before they sold) and this property offers you more for your money.

Highly recommend this condo when we arrived to the condo the hallways looked really bad but when we went into our room we were like WOOOOW !! It was super clean, the beds were comfortable to. The area was really calm, we will definitely be coming back..
