Nestled in South Padre Island, this charming condo for $439 per night is a great option for your next vacation. THIS IS A TROPICAL PARADISE outside and inside, a truly beautifully decorated & comfortable beach condo fully equipped with all that's needed for a memorable, fun family vacation, a fun girls' getaway, or just a quiet romantic weekend. The comfortable & relaxing family atmosphere, gracious service, and Island hospitality enhance our spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium rental located on Texas' most beautiful beach. The Tiki is ON THE BEACH and this lovely condo is just a one-minute stroll through the tropical pool/courtyard to the beach. It is located on the North end of the island. Walking distance to beach bars & restaurants. This is an ideal destination for swimming, bird-watching, para-sailing, surfing, sunning, boating, beach-combing, dolphin-watching, and bay/surf/deep-sea fishing. The condominium is beautifully equipped with a fully furnished kitchen for all your needs. A Keurig coffeemaker along with a variety of gourmet coffees are fully stocked and waiting for you. The master bedroom has a California king-size bed, and luxurious linens, and has its bathroom with a large, walk-in shower and is equipped with soft, comfortable robes. Both guest bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower is located in the hallway between both guest bedrooms. The living room sofa can be converted into a queen sleeper sofa for additional bedding if needed. A dehumidifier is provided and adds to your comfort after a day in the sunny pool or beach. This unit is located on the 2nd floor ... Only one set of stairs, no elevator. There is also a private balcony/patio equipped with seating areas ...with a view of the tropical courtyard/pool area; and satellite TV with many channels to choose from. Plenty of family games are provided for guests' use. Also provided for guests are beach chairs, beach umbrella, and rolling ice chest. Beach blankets are also provided for star-gazing evenings or those peaceful and quiet sunrise mornings. Everything you need for beach fun........just pack your swimsuit! In addition, this unit has an apartment-size washer/dryer located IN the unit - no need to use the shared laundromat located on the property. Enough laundry soap is provided for your first few loads. All our guests soon find that we are 100% focused on our guests' 5-star experience. Feel free to email condo manager, requesting more details or photos of the property. When you're not on the beach, your family can relax in one of the two heated pools in the courtyard areas. Only Tiki guests have access to these beautiful pools. There is also a library/office located within the property as well as a laundromat for guests' use. The Tiki is your best beachfront value. The complex is located within walking distance of the South Padre Island Convention Center, Sea Life, Inc., World Birding Center, shopping, and many local area attractions. Our Island restaurants pride themselves on a variety of American, Mexican, and International cuisine, and seafood of course. Free local transportation while on the island is also available via 'The Wave.' Bonus: the WAVE picks up right in front of this property. Other area attractions include the Port Isabel Lighthouse and Museums, sister cities: Brownsville and Matamoros, Mexico as well as the scenic Laguna Atascosa and Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuges. What an amazing place! My family, including 3 college kids, just stayed here for 5 nights and we couldn't ask for anything more. The place was very clean, beds were super comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals.
We enjoyed the heated pool, but spent lots of time at the beach which was a minute walk. Had multiple bars with food and live music right by the location.
Dave was amazing and checked in to ensure all was great... fantastic communication through it all. Would recommend for sure.

This property was perfect for my family! It is beautifully decorated and has all of the extras from a coffee bar to the beach chairs and cooler to bring down to enjoy the day. It is conveniently located steps away from the beach, and several area restaurant bars. Thank you also to the wonderful people at Clayton's who opened up the pier on one of their closed days so my son could propose to his girlfriend at sunset. It was the perfect place for our magical event. It's a vacation none of us will forget! Thank you for being so accommodating and helpful! We will definitely be back!

One of the nicest places I've stayed. Beautiful combination living room and kitchen. Lovely furnishings. The kitchen generously offered almost anything needed in the way of herbs and spices and oils, something you just don't see in most VRBOs. The bedrooms were comfortable, and not a bunkbed to be found! (good) Just a five minute walk to the beach. Perfect!

If you think you need it, they had it. From chairs and floats for the beach to all cooking needs to small containers of baby powder in cabinet.
Beat was comfortable robes to put on after getting out of wet swim suit.

The unit was very clean and very welcoming and it felt just like home. It had everything we needed for preparing meals. It was just steps away from the beach and pools. It was very spacious and enough space for our large family. The beds were very comfortable. The property is well taken care of. We had no problems at all.

When I was young, I had fond memories of staying at this condominium, and though they are one of the older condominiums on the island, the unit we stayed in was remodeled, and absolutely stunning. All the comforts (and more) of home. We hated to leave .. but will return.

It’s within walking distance to two restaurants/bars, a souvenir shop, and the turtle sanctuary. The owners were very communicative. We will definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Sun hits the balcony directly all day but the provided sun shade works great. Nicely decorated, plenty of towels and stocked kitchen. Ice maker and coffee pods/creamers were convenient.

From the moment the vacation was booked, all interactions were positive. The hosts responded to all inquiries promptly and provided tips to enhance the stay. The best part of the vacation was by far the condo. Beautifully equipped and maintained. Lots of amenities, including well stocked pantry. (lovely surprise) We felt like we were at home, not in a rented space. I highly encourage anyone looking for a great time to book this condo. You will not be disappointed. Can't thank the hosts enough for making this a wonderful trip.

This 3 bedroom was perfect for our family. Kids are 3 and 6 year olds and they did very well here. Loved the pools and had a short walk to the beach. Had a lot of extra decor in bedrooms and bathrooms that took up space, honestly just need to remove it to make room for guests things. Other than that it was perfect.

My family (including two kids) stayed here for a week over Christmas. We loved the cute, clean, welcoming condo. It was perfect- everything we needed! The owners provided beach towels and sand toys to use, which we were grateful for during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking tools and pans. The pools were warm and clean, too. We would absolutely stay again!

This condo delivered everything it promised and more. Very spacious and gorgeous unit. Equipped with absolutely everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked with all cooking equipment needed, bathrooms and laundry closet as well. Not to mention the thoughtfulness of supply beach towels, suntan location, beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, lantern for walking the beach at night, games and so much more. Beds were comfy with plenty of linens. We are beyond thankful to have had the opportunity to stay in this unit for our family vacation. It truly contributed to the making of some wonderful memories. Will definitely be booking this specific unit for future family vacations.

We had 4 generations able to meet on south padre island. The older generation stayed up about 6 buildings from us. It was perfect. Place was big enough to not be tripping over each other and almost everything was there. A quick trip to HEB and we were set! Had a wonderful stay

We had no issues with renting the property. Any questions asked were responded to in a timely manner. The owner was so accommodating and made our stay wonderful. Snacks were waiting for us and coffee for the morning. So there was no need to stop at grocery store for the morning. Suggestions on things to do and places to eat and have drinks were provided. Loved our vacation. Place accommodated 5 adult women comfortably. I would not have wanted more adults there

The condo was very clean and nice. Plenty of room for a family of six. The grounds were extremely well kept up. Beach access at the front of the building. Owners were very responsive.
