About this condo rental
Nestled in South Padre Island, this lovely condo for $577 per night is a great choice for your next break. The perfect beach vacation awaits you in our completely remodeled 3 bedroom/2 bath condo located in the well maintained, gated beachfront Sea Vista complex located next to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn Beach and Water Park). If your timing is right, you can view a SpaceX launch from a balcony. The Sea Vista complex offers 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, a pickle ball court, a charcoal grilling station, secure on-site parking and direct private access to the beach, just steps from your door. Our beautifully decorated condo is located on the 5th floor with inside elevator access. Once you walk in the door there is nothing but quiet, privacy and amazing views... You've truly arrived in paradise. The spacious living/dining area, all decorated in tropical jewel tones of the sea have floor-to ceiling windows and doors with the most breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre with access to the main balcony. This is where you'll want to be sipping your favorite beverage, enjoying the soft gentle sea breezes and watching the ships come and go or the occasional pod of dolphins play in the surf. The master suite with a new king size pillow top mattress has floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows overlooking the center courtyard, walkway to the beach and of course the beach. There is also a small sitting area, a large flat screen TV and an attached master bath with walk-in tiled shower and quartz vanity top. A 2nd mini master suite has floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows and a sliding glass door to another balcony overlooking the pool/spa and tennis court. There is a flat screen TV and a Keurig coffee maker to get you started in the morning. The 3rd bedroom has 2 full size beds with new pillow top mattress, a flat screen TV and access to the balcony overlooking the pool. These 2 guest bedrooms share the guest bathroom which has a tub/shower combination and quartz vanity top. All 3 bedrooms have built-ins with plenty of storage and are outfitted with luxury linens and towels. We also provide a Pack-N-Play with mattress pads and sheets for your little one. Paper products and soaps are provided to get you started, even shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen, designed for the "cook" has a quartz counter top and breakfast bar with additional seating for 4. All new stainless steel appliances include a slide-in convection range, microwave, dishwasher, large 3 door refrigerator with ice maker and various small appliances. It is stocked with high quality dishes and glassware. There is a basic supply of herbs and spices to enhance your cooking creations. Paper towels and trash bags are supplied for your arrival and there are some cleaning supplies. To increase your vacation enjoyment, there are 4 wall mounted flat screen smart TVs. Spectrum Cable and free WiFi is provided. The condo is fully air conditioned and has 4 ceiling fans throughout. New front loading, full size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. A starter supply of laundry liquids are provided. For your beach time fun, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and various beach toys to build that amazing sand castle. As a visitor to Sea Vista you may purchase discounted Beach Park at Isla Blanca (Schlitterbahn) tickets available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer. There are many good restaurants and bars located nearby, many within walking distance. The dolphin-watch boat rides and fishing excursions leave from the pier on the west side of Padre Blvd., again, within walking distance. Relax and enjoy your vacation. The condo was beautiful and clean and plenty big for a family to be comfortable. It is as close as it gets to the beach. I was impressed by how much was provided for our use. There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, games and cards. The kitchen was stocked with all basic utensils and also had a toaster, blender and basic spices and oils. The best part of the condo is how close it is to the beach. It's right at the entrance to the boardwalk. We did not use the pool as we prefer the beach.

We loved everything about this condo! The location is beach front and it’s a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. The condo has 2 pools to accommodate families and the pool has different depths. The pools were clean and the facility was also well kept. The condo itself was perfection. It had everything we could possibly need and more! All the beach toys, kitchen utensils and all the little extras like streaming TV! The owners lived on site and were incredibly communicative and so very helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, beautiful appliances and plenty of counter space. A must stay if you visit Padre!

Beautiful condo and floor plan. Spacious bedrooms and breathtaking views. Definitely make time to sit and feel the sea breeze on your face and through your hair on the balcony. Becky was real attentive to all mine and my family’s needs. The condo literally has everything you need to cook, clean, and relax. We were able to have H‑E‑B in Port Isabel deliver all the groceries so meals were very simple to prepare. The walking distance to the beach was so convenient and short, especially when your packing for everything needed for the beach along with a baby. I would recommend bringing a small wagon to load everything in and take with you to the beach to prevent as many little trips as possible.
We had a plumbing issue in the guest bathroom the first night and by the next day it was all fixed. The only minor thing that I would suggest that needs updating would be the beach equipment that’s provided such as: new umbrellas for shade and chairs.
Overall, this condo was perfect to celebrate my little girls first birthday and we do plan to return in the future.

Becky was wonderful to work with, we had a couple of small issues come up with the unit and she took care of them very quickly and they did not effect our stay at all. We had a great time and would definitely stay again! The condo is exactly as shown, loved South Padre Island!!!

I stayed there with my husband & 2 adult children & their spouses. Having 2 king beds was a bonus and the other BR has 2 full beds. All beds were very comfortable. Living space had comfy furniture. It is a short walk to the beach, and the tennis courts also had markings for pickle ball which we loved. We had a great time!

Our experience with this property was excellent from start to finish. Communication was perfect, check-in was simple, and the condo is amazing. It met and far exceeded our expectations. It had a comfortable feel that you simply can't replicate at a hotel. The amenities were perfect, everything has been carefully thought of and prepared for. I'd come back here over and over. It's better then a 10/10. Perfect.

This condo was very clean, updated and had plenty of room for us, two teenage boys and a friend of ours. It had everything we needed to cook, go to the beach or just hang out at the heated pool. Beds we’re comfortable as well as the pillows. Becky and Mark were great! Highly recommend unit 515.

We took all four young adult kids with us and the accommodations were great. Easy access to beach and everything is in walking distance. I was concerned about a loud spring break crowd but it was very quiet. I suffer from migraines. The crock pot was super nice for meals. We were thankful for the beach items that came with the condo. We’d stay here again for sure.

My family of five (spouse, one child, two teenagers) spent 4 nights/5 days at Sea Vista 515. It had all the comforts of home. For starters, booking the trip was super easy. And the friendly “hello” message from the owner after booking immediately let us know we had found something special. The property was exactly as advertised and as reviewed by others - CLEAN, spacious, well-stocked, comfortable, and convenient (both to the beach and to restaurants). It was so clean, my wife - who is a germaphobe - felt very comfortable at the property. The teenagers loved the strong internet and abundant TVs. No one went hungry or thirsty because the huge fridge more than handled the drinks, frozen foods, and so much more, and the well-stocked kitchen made it super easy to quickly whip up a good meal. The beds were all super comfortable, the showers were hot, the toilets efficient, and the air conditioning was excellent; what more could you want? When it came time to go to the beach, there were ample towels, chairs, and boogie boards. And the view of the beach from the main balcony made for relaxing moments sipping cold drinks and watching the waves. To top it all off, the owners, who live on site, were super friendly and provided great recommendations on places to eat. I understand they have other properties at South Padre and I would imagine they are all well maintained. We lived our time at Sea Vista 515 and hope to return there soon.

The condo had all necessities for a great stay. I loved the location and how easy it was to get to the beach. We went during spring break and enjoyed that the pool was heated. Definitely would enjoy staying again!

Blown away!
The property was exactly as advertised. Before we arrived the owners emailed me with instructions and general information. This made everything very easy upon arrival. Once in the property we only had 1 small issue with ants on the 2nd day, but a quick phone call and within 10 minutes someone was there to take care of the problem and we did not see another ant all week! The location of the property was perfect, literally steps from the beach and a quick stroll down the beach to several beachside restaurants. Would highly reccommend.

Fun in the Sun
Our visit to South Padre Island was a wonderful time with family and with friends. The condo was very clean and ready for our use. We arrived about 45 minutes before checking in but that gave us time to unload our cars and use the transporters to bring our stuff up to the condo. Once we were inside we went ahead and unloaded and cooked dinner. I found everything easy to find in the kitchen and didn’t have any issues using the appliances. The only hiccup we had during our stay was there was a power outage that lasted about 5 hours and I am on a oxygen machine. I was prepared for an emergency situation and had an extra bottle of oxygen if needed. We contacted Becky and she informed us that the power company was already working on the issue and that it was not just our unit. We told her about my oxygen situation and she kept us informed about the approximate time for the electric to be restored. The situation was totally out of the control of the owners and we completely understood. It was very easy to get in and out of the complex to the main roads of the island. Overall, we had a wonderful time here, loved the proximity to the beach and the view from the balcony. I would absolutely stay here again and wished we would of stayed longer.

This is the perfect location for a family beach vacation. The condo is lovely, spacious, and full of all amenities needed for a family stay. Becky was attentive and helpful. The complex felt safe, was very clean and beautifully located on the beach. The pool is perfect as well. We really appreciated the washer and dryer with children. We will be back. Many wonderful memories from a week with family.
