About this condo rental
Nestled in South Padre Island, this charming condo for $577 per night is a great option for your next vacation. See it all...the gulf waters to the east and the bay waters to the west from our spectacular 6th. floor location. Your perfect beach vacation awaits you in our beautifully decorated 3-bedroom condo located in the well maintained, gated beachfront Sea Vista complex located next to Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn Beach and Water Park). The Sea Vista complex offers 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, secure onsite parking and direct private access to the beach, just steps from your door. Our redecorated 6th. floor condo has inside elevator access and provides lots of privacy and quiet. Once you walk in the door, there is nothing but dunes, beach and sea....all for your enjoyment. If your timing is right, You can even catch a SpaceX launch from one of the balconies! The living/dining area has floor-to-ceiling views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre with access to the main balcony and a smaller balcony. The master bedroom with a king size mattress bed floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows overlooking the center court, walkway to the beach and of course the beach. There is also a small sitting area and attached en-suite bath with a walk-in tiled shower and granite counter top vanity. The 2nd. bedroom has a king size bed, small sitting area and floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows with a sliding glass door leading out to another balcony overlooking the pool, hot tub and tennis court. This bedroom is located right next to the 2nd. bathroom which also has a walk-in tiled shower and granite counter top vanity. The 3rd. bedroom has 2 full size beds and access to the balcony overlooking the pool. All bedrooms have their own closets and dressers. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and towels. We also provide a Pack-N-Play with mattress pads and sheets for your little one. Paper products and soaps, even shampoo and conditioner are provided to get you started. The kitchen has a granite countertop and stainless steel appliances include smooth top range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher as well as several small appliances, both Keurig and drip style coffee makers. It is stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans and a basic supply of herbs and spices. Paper towels and trash bags are supplied to get you started and there are also cleaning supplies available. To increase your vacation enjoyment, there are 4 large wall mount flat screen TVs, Spectrum Cable, DVD player and free Wi-Fi. The condo is fully air conditioned. A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. Laundry liquids are provided to get you started. For your beach time pleasure we provide beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and boogie boards. As a visitor to Sea Vista you may purchase discounted Beach Park at Isla Blanca (Schlitterbahn) tickets available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer. There are many good restaurants and bars located nearby, many within walking distance. The dolphin-watch boat rides leave from the nearby pier on the west side of Padre Blvd. Relax and enjoy your vacation. This 3 bedroom condo was plenty of room for our group of 8. The owners had made sure to stock the condo with everything you might need, including beach supplies! Easy access to beach and outdoor showers great for getting sand off.

First time to SPI. Location perfect for morning sunrise views and sunsets. Excellent island views from all patio balconies. Felt safe. Easy access to private beach. Older interior, but clean! Staff very friendly. Quiet surroundings made for an enjoyable stay! Would consider staying again.

We enjoyed our time on the island and our local was great. The staff of the condo was very nice and helpful. Especially the evening security person very welcoming and friendly. The space was a little smaller on the living room and kitchen side but we had plenty of space in the bedrooms, bathrooms where okay size. Love the fact we had private access to the beach and the condo is a gated community. We do plan to come back again sometime.

Great stay host responded quickly when we had questions. The condo was equipped with everything needed. Nice view of the ocean and a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay there again if we ever go back to San Padre.

We really enjoyed your stay. I have stayed in a number of VRBOs and this one had everything! The kitchen was fully stocked to make any meal you would like. The bedrooms were great. They all had comfortable beds, soft linens, extra blankets and a big TV. Bathrooms had full size shampoo, conditioner and bath wash and fluffy towels. Living room/dining room had lots of places to sit, big TV, games and puzzles. It had a big washer and dryer. The closet was full of sand toys, chairs, umbrella and balls, everything you need for on the beach. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time! Condo is in a great location, just steps from the beach. We drive a Tesla and we were happy to find out that the Holiday Inn right next door has supercharges in addition to overnight chargers and they let us charge for free!! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

It was great for our family, clean and organized and in a great location. I just need to let management know that the garbage disposal wasn’t working and the umbrella in closet is broken but this didn’t hinder our stay at all. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend!

Property is exactly as listed on VRBO! Owners could not have been any friendlier and were readily available ! Bedding was very luxurious and bathrooms were very nice. Kitchen had every amenity you could imagine ( some plastic drink cups would be a plus) .
While VRBO pics are accurate, the balcony is small and if I were staying during a summer vacation, I’d definitely look for a unit with larger balcony, but that is a personal preference.

South Padre
Great location. Right on the beach. Closet full of beach chairs and toys. Building is a bit older but clean. My only complaint is a couple of the cups and skillets were dirty. Something that wouldn’t come off in the dish washer. Owner was extremely easy to work with and thoughtful of our situation.

This property is fine. Clean. Enjoyable. However when the elevator is broken and your in-laws are suffering from debilitating ailments, nothing was accounted for. They were stuck in the apartment the entire time, aside from one effort made to go to the beach, over the course of 4 days. The manager dropped off a little gift card for condolences, but this was nothing compared to the massive inconvenience we had by not sharing the Labor Day weekend with them on the beach. Management should have put them up in a place nearby or offered free nights in the future when the elevator was working. Very very disappointing.

I loved staying here cause it was really easy to get to when you come off of the bridge that leads to the island. Loved the beach access and it had a Tiki hut to get drinks really close also!! I also really liked that it was a gated community.

Our trip was nothing short of amazing! Mark & Beckys place is awesome, we had about everything we needed. Space for all of us to sleep hang out and be comfortable, not to mention that the view was breathtakingly beautiful. We watched the sun come up daily, easy access to the beach, all activities restaurants were close as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

This is an older building with a less than modern decor, but the location and private access to the beach in incredible. Despite the older appearance of the building, the LOCATION and PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS is definitely worth five stars!
Check-in was very easy - no problem at all. You will need a private gate code to access the property which is nice and made us feel more secure. The unit is on the 6th floor and there were plenty of carts on the first floor to use for carrying our luggage to the condo. The pool was nice and clean and assessible.
As for the condo, the layout was nice and provided enough space for our group (2 adults and three kids - 12, 10 and 8). We arrived to a low battery smoke detector intermittent beeping, but Mark fixed the problem quickly. In fact, owners Becky and Mark were very easy to work with. Mark stopped by and changed the batteries for us.
There were other issues that I suspect were simply the result of wear and tear (water collecting on the balcony, patio door locking mechanism didn't work, and vents rattled in both bathrooms). Again, do not come expecting a 5-star Hilton experience. We also alerted the owners to issues with the cleanliness of the showers and hopefully this will be remedied for future guests.
The kitchen was immaculate with beautiful countertops and stainless steel appliances (full size refrigerator, microwave, and oven) and plenty of plates, glasses, forks, knifes, and spoons. The updated washer and dryer were awesome! Some of the pots and pans had a lot of wear and I hope they will replace them with newer ones soon. But for the issue we raised about the cleanliness of the showers, the water pressure and temp were excellent. All of the beds and pillows were soft and comfortable and the linens were nice and clean. The red sofa and loveseat in the living room should be replaced and updated. The bedrooms are spacious. You can also see the sunrise and sunset from the balcony.
Overall we had a nice stay and we would definitely consider staying at Sea Vista again if we decide to visit South Padre Island in the future. The owners provided beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella, which were all great.

Memorial Weekend
Our trip was nothing short of amazing! Mark & Beckys place is awesome, we had about everything we needed.
