Located in South Padre Island, this charming condo for $531 per night is a great choice for your next trip. A fantastic place to spend your beach vacay. We have just completed updating and it's perfect for a family or two couples. Two king bedrooms with en suite baths & a sofa sleeper will accommodate 6 comfortably. An air mattress is available if there are extra kids as we are allowed 8. We have plenty of extra blankets & pillows. You will love the 2 balconies. the beach facing balcony is in front of the living & dining area & is the perfect place to read the latest best seller, or just listen to the waves as you enjoy your favorite tropical beverage. Our bay side balcony off the front bedroom is a great place to watch the sunset and fireworks. The beach is just a short walk through the gated pool area down the sand path . Take in some vitamin D lounging at the pool area or enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. To make your beach trip even better, we have beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, a small cooler and sand toys for fun beach days. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. You may even enjoy it with the reflection of the beach in the mirror behind the sink. A washer & dryer is in the unit also so no need to over pack. We provide plenty of big, soft towels. Both bedrooms have comfy king beds with nice cotton sheets, private bathrooms, 32" TVs and DVDs. Florence II is a small complex and lends a more personal feel to your time here. You won't get lost in the big resort shuffle! We are on the north side of the island, which is away from all the hustle & bustle but still walking distance to many places. The Island Metro, SPI's free bus picks up right in front of the condo and operates until 9:00 pm. I'm a phone call away. Spring Break is restricted to renters 25 years of age or families. Starter supplies provided- coffee filters, paper towels,2 extra trash bags, 2 TP per bathroom, dish soap, dishwasher soap, liquid hand soap, small bath soap, small shampoo. A beach-front view and easy access to come and go makes all the difference when you're at the beach. The apartment was very well outfitted for beachgoers and access, and even when we were inside, the view couldn't be beat. The sunrises were spectacular.

Couch needs replacement. You sit down and cushions slid from underneath you. Made watching tv very uncomfortable. If you're in a truck you will have troubles parking. Made me so nervous! I don't recommend it.

Condo was clean and as pictured on the VRBO site. The washing machine was not usable, and never got fixed during our stay, which was disappointing. Parking was difficult in designated parking space with a pickup truck, but fortunately we could park outside. Pool was chilly, but we were happy to go in the hot tub instead. Very close to the beach with a lovely view. Having a kitchen counter cleaning product would have been nice to have. Overall a good trip.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It has a very nice ocean view. You get to the beach in no time. The apartment is well organized and equipped. I was very satisfied. My only critique is that this listing was advertised as having a heated pool. I chose this specific one because I knew spring break can be cold sometimes, so with the “heated pool” kids would have something to do. However when we got there the pool was not heated, and the weather was cold. The only option available was a hot tub and it was packed with people because it was cold outiside. This might be an issue unrelated to the building and not the people who put the listing. It’s just that the listing shouldn’t advertise a heated pool. That’s all Other than that the apartment is fantastic! Highly recommended!

This condo is in a great location in town and is right on the beach. It is comfortably furnished and nicely maintained. Having two master suites is a bonus when two couples are traveling together, as we were. A couple of the lamps needed new lightbulbs, which we couldn’t find. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bathrooms have extra towels. There are also several beach towels, which was great to have, plus beach chairs, etc. All in all a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Parking a larger vehicle in the garage was difficult, but we were able to park outside of garage along the street. When we got off the elevator we were unsure if we were gonna stay, kinda shady in the hallway. We opened our door & everything was just as mentioned on site. So look past the hallway area! If we come back to SPI, we will be staying here again.

From the ease of the check in process to the help with items we accidentally left behind; this property is managed by true professionals. The space itself is top notch. You’ll enjoy the balcony, beach and pool during your stay. You’ll find the space looks exactly like the pictures. The beach is just steps away from the unit and you’ll enjoy it with chairs, canopy and toys provided by the management team. We will definitely be booking again. Five stars all around!!

Set up for the four of us to relax on the beach, enjoy morning coffee on the balcony, protein shakes after beach boogie board runs and plenty of room for us to clean up and go out in the evenings. Nice laundry closet with good machines, clean and beds were comfortable.

This was one of the best trips we have ever taken. Very clean and stocked with just about everything you need. (Food and drinks not included) Beaches are very clean, and easily accessible. Watch out sand very hot before you enter beach area. LOL View is amazing!

This Condo was perfect for us two couples who went. The Condo was right on the beach and had a balcony facing the ocean which was perfect to wake up too every morning to have our cup of coffee and see the sunrise!!! The 1st bedroom also has another balcony that faces the street and will let you see the sunset. Only issue was when we arrived right at 3:00 the door code was not changed yet but she arrived shortly and was taking care of. Also, the heater or the pool did not work but wasn't an issue for us as we enjoyed the hot tub!! Lastly the whole island was on a do not drink water warning so we just bought jugs of water from Wal-Mart and no one got ill!! This place also had all your beach needs from beach towels, wake boards, chairs, a cooler and even sand toys!! I would defiantly come back here again!!

Two suites were perfect! We traveled with my parents and it was so comfortable! We loved the open floor plan and the balcony was everything! We hit the beach for a bit, but the balcony allowed us to enjoy the beach/sea without actually being in the extreme heat. Parking for 1 car was perfect, easy access to the beach/hot tub/pool, quick pick up to restaurants via cab, all the conveniences you need and super clean! Stay here!

The view is fantastic! The proximity to the beach and to shops/restaurants was great. The assigned parking space in the garage is very small, not sufficient for a truck. There are outside parking spots-if you can find one. We only had a couple of times where we had an issue with it. The condo was very clean.

Rental was easy, smooth and efficient. Requests to property management about pool being cold went unanswered all week. Owners even tried. Pool and hot tub were only issues. Beach access and beach area very nice!
