Nestled in South Padre Island, this attractive condo for $602 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Sea Vista Condominiums is the closest complex to the water in all of South Padre Island. Our ground level unit was completely renovated in 2020 with brand new appliances, fixtures, lighting, bathrooms and kitchen with quartz counter tops. There is a TV in the master, both guest rooms and living area. Master has a King bed, guest room #1 has 2 queen beds and guest #2 has 2 full beds. Plenty of room to sprawl around. We have our own personal charcoal grill on our patio and 2 Adirondack chairs. Access to the beach from our back door!! No need to tote your beach supplies and coolers up and down the stairs or elevators. No need to worry about the elevator breaking down! Just simply walk out our back door walk a few steps to the boardwalk and you are on the beach. Our unit has a beautiful view straight to the ocean. We take incredible care of our homes. We want you to feel like you are at home and not a "rental". If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway...this is it! **We also own a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit right next door. We stayed in this condo for a family Christmas trip. It was just as advertised and was a perfect location! I would recommend. (The only minor issue was the internet service was sluggish... especially in the evenings.)

Very responsive owner. Met and exceeded expectations. Instructions were easy to follow. Proximity to beach was closer than expected. All needs were met and exceeded with the provided amenities. We could have packed even less stuff. Highly recommend this one. Five Stars!!! Would have stayed an extra night but understandably it was already booked solid. We will book 3+ nights in the future.

Property was just as described. The condo was nicely decorated with great costal vibes. All the linens were crisp clean. The condo was well stocked with laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, hand soap & toilet paper. Very nice coffee pot and all the pots and pans needed for a short stay. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family.

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying here and it is perfect! It has everything you need. It is a few steps from the private beach and the condo is so beautiful! We are grateful to have found this piece of heaven!

We loved this beautiful Condo. Mari has a lot of special touches to make your stay really nice. Walk right out the door and within a few steps right on the beach which is so nice especially with children. Our family has stayed at Sea Vista many times and this is our favorite Condo. Thank you Mari for making our beach vacation so nice. We will always cherish our memories !

Our condo could not have been anymore perfect!! First floor with ocean views that were absolutely gorgeous! The unit has been very nicely updated with lots of storage and nice beachy decor. The owners have done a great job making this feel like a home away from home. We will definitely be back!

The condo was beautiful, right on the Gulf. Extremely well maintained and furnished, and Very clean and neat. The pool was large, pristine, well maintained, and there was lots of pool furniture. There is a great walkway from the condos to the beach, and showers to remove sand. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Nice quiet area. Entire place was brand new and renovated. The walk to the beach was very short, and that side of the beach seems less crowded that the other beach access. Would book again

This condo was amazing! It was so clean and appeared newly renovated. The bedrooms and living spaces had lots of room. The kitchen had excellent amenities including a very fancy coffee maker. Sand toys, chairs and coolers were available for our use. Every detail was considered right down to a jar of hair elastics in the bathroom! The location was right next to the beach and away from the noise of bars and hotels. Parking was easy and convenient. The owner was friendly and helpful. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was so clean, updated and airy! We enjoyed being able to walk out our door right down to the beach and be able to come back for lunch, drinks and naps. Communication with the owner was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

The property, location and owner of the home were great! The condo was beautiful and very clean. We were ground level with a beautiful view and short distance from the beach. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and sand toys were provided which made for lots of fun and easier packing. We would definitely recommend.

This stunning condo was a once in a lifetime experience for the five of us. There was a bed for each person, lovely decor with an ocean theme and the most spectacular view of the ocean. The walkway to the beach was just outside of the condo's back door. The swimming pool, hot tub and tennis court was just outside the front door. We loved this location and unit. Back home in Minnesota, it was snowing and freezing while we toasted in the sun. Outstanding!!

This property was excellent. The boardwalk to the beach was very short and close to our unit. The unit was just as described in the photos. The towels and beach toys and chairs provided are a big plus. We would definitely stay there again.

As a birthday gift, I rented Mari’s condo for my mother and her sisters. Everything about this property was described as amazing. The pictures do not do it justice! Mari kept in touch and was easy to connect with regarding any needs they had. Beach access is super convenient (literally a short walk) and my mother loved being able to walk the beach at sunrise and sunset. They spent most of their time sitting on the back porch overlooking the gulf!

This recently remodeled Condo was super clean. Everything we needed was here. AC was flawless. Internet did go out on the island for one day but in no way the owner had any control of. Lots of extras if you need them are on hand, beach chairs, toys boogy boards. Bbq Pit. Bring your own Keurig if that's what you prefer though. Would stay again. Best beach condo on the island

We have stayed many places on the island and this was the best yet. It's beautiful and clean. Has everything you need and a fully stocked kitchen to cook. Beach access is so easy and this end of the island is quiet and private. She provides beach toys, chairs, coolers and towels. The maintenance crew is spectacular keeping the property clean and safe. Everything about this house was amazing. We are already looking at dates to book next year!
