Dear Host, we wanted to thank you for sharing your beautiful property with our family. The online pictures were nice however, when we arrived we were amazed by the functional floor plan, beauty of the decor and cleanliness of the condo. Thank you for covering the beds with white cotton sheets and beautiful white bedding. Thank you for stocking the kitchen with all the essentials to prepare memorable, delicious meals. Thank you for the beautiful clean furnishings that we felt comfortable to use. The throw blankets, lending library and even reading glasses were a nice touch. We enjoyed our family vacation and look forward to booking again.

Ed and Betty were INCREDIBLE hosts! When I say, I have never had more hospitable hosts, I mean that. Everything was provided for and in abundance. We needed for nothing. My husband's family used to own this condo when he was a child and it was so wonderful to see how beautiful Ed and Betty have made it. Our stay was stress free, amazing and nostalgic. We will 100% be back! Thank you for being amazing!

Ed’s place is easily the best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. It had everything! We brought a lot of cooking utensils but didn’t need to use any of them! Lots of beach toys, towels, etc. The location was exactly what we were looking for - very easy beach access that also had low foot traffic on the actual beach path. We all loved this stay and hope to return to this unit in the future.

This was a great property for our family vacation!!! The condo was clean & exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk out the door & be just steps from the beach. The location was phenomenal - with a front row seat to the most amazing sunrises! We would not hesitate to book this property again!!🏖️💛

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place for my family to enjoy some "family time" and celebrate our son's recent graduation from HS. Everything was clean, the location was amazing, and there were many "extras" included in case we needed something. The only thing I wish was different was the price. Its worth it, but for a family of five (including teenagers) it's a little expensive and not something we can do on a regular basis.

Property was just as described but floors were a tad dirty we had to do a sweep,wish there was a mop, but none in the apt. Overall loved our time at south padre and will give sea vista another try next year.

Location and views were spectacular. Condo was very well appointed, it had everything that we needed. Plenty of space for our 3 generation trip that included 2 couples and 2 adult children. Location on the island worked well for us. Would definitely consider booking this property again.

This condo was beautiful and it has a breathtaking view. The location to the beach was wonderful and easy to access. My 80 year old mother in law and 1 year son had no trouble getting back and forth to the beach. It is a really great location for families. The building is a little dated, but it is well taken care of. Ed was very quick to help us out when we were having trouble accessing the property. We will certainly be back.

Our family enjoyed a three night stay. Condo is clean and has breath taking views. It’s cozy and peaceful. kitchen is fully equipped with a beautiful view to the beach. Bathrooms in excellent conditions and extremely clean. Bedrooms are big, beds are comfortable. Pool area well kept and clean. Definitely returning soon❤️ We highly recommend Ed’s place.

I recently stayed at this VRBO and had an amazing experience. The property was well maintained, clean, and well furnished with all the comforts of home. The location was absolutely amazing, with wonderful views of the sunrise over the ocean. I spent hours just sitting on the balcony and watching the waves come in. The VRBO was spotless, not a sign of dust anywhere. The amenities met my expectations, although the pool was pretty busy most of the time we were there. One of the standout features of the property was the views and the atmosphere, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing stunning views of the ocean. Communication with the property owner/manager was seamless, and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to others, especially for the price which was pretty good for 4 beds. The only thing I wish was different was that there was no couch that a grown man could lay down on and take a nap. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

This is a beautiful, clean, well appointed property. It was very comfortable for the four adults who made this trip. The negative was the open layout that was lacking in privacy for the Master bedroom. In our case we all had to go to bed at the same time since the TV was not available once the bedroom doors were closed. We solved the problem by watching a show on our laptop. Otherwise it was a great property close to the beach!

Property was clean and had everything we needed. Loved having beach towels and toys and chairs and a washer and dryer. Great being so close to the beach, our grandson could come and go easily. Beds and linens were cozy and comfortable. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. My only wish would be for grab bars in the shower and by the toilet since it comes up under handicap accessible. And my husband is in a wheelchair. Great property!

Condo was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including the right TV service for watching Astros games. This property will definitely be a repeat if it is available next year for our annual trip. Ed was a very engaged property owner. Sent text after we arrived to make sure everything me our expectations. We had a brief hiccup with the A/C and he was very responsive and took care of the problem right away.

We have been going to this beach for years—my husband for decades—staying in this exact condo that was owned by his grandmother for more than 30 years. This was our first time back since she passed in 2017 and the condo sold. It was so amazing to be back. The updates to the condo are great. Everything was so clean, well taken care of, and well stocked. We are so happy we found this condo on VRBO and will for sure be booking again, year after year!

Highly recommend this condo! It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and the views were amazing=)! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The owners were very kind and helpful. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed every minute, The beds were very soft and comfortable. The pool area was also very nice, well kept and clean. I will definitely be back and will recommend to my friends and family. Thank you to the owners for sharing such a beautiful little piece of paradise =)

If you are looking for a relaxing location just steps to the beach...look no more. This is an updated unit with everything you need to start your vacation. The owners are friendly and communicative. They have an owners closet full of beach chairs and umbrellas...even a boogie board. The unit has great appliances but the view is the real star. This location was perfect for a girls getaway where you don't feel surrounded by thousands of people.. It was an easy beach walk to some of the other resorts if you want live music or restaurants. This place is a jewel and I will be renting again.

WOW Ed and Betty always deliver on a great property. This is the 4th time we have stayed in one of their properties and the 1st time we have stayed in this property. The entire family thought this property was their favorite. The décor is spot on and the bedding is top notch. Everything is you need right there! The million dollar view of the Gulf of Mexico is the reason to stay in this property! Well done, Betty and Ed!

Our family/friend group thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The floor to ceiling windows, proximity to beach, and well stocked kitchen put this condo ahead of some really wonderful VRBOs we have stayed in on the island. The master being right off the living room with the sliding door is a consideration for any group that has folks who tend to stay up late in common areas. All in all the place is fantastic and also has a closet full of fun for the beach (right out front door).
