Clematis is very modern and new. I love the seclusion and privacy including the wild life especially the visits from the kangaroos. It is self contained with a barbeque so able to eat there when required.
I think as the weather gets colder, maybe an outdoor heating on the decking

Loved the tranquility, the wild life, modern and clean villa, the balcony including the barbeque and outdoor settings and the privacy including seclusion
The mattress on bedding was not firm enough for us
