The pool-hot tub house is right next door, with a swim-out pool (partly indoors and partly outdoors), and both have indoor and outdoor hot tubs! There are visible fireplaces, but they are decorative only (no fires permitted). Being right on the complimentary shuttle (yellow line) running 3 times per hour in winter cuts the hassle factor to zero. The free shuttle has only one stop between you and the gondola and shops, bars, and restaurants of Main Street. You do NOT need a car here, so book here and avoid parking or driving worries after a night out. We have a fabulous grocery delivery partner! But if you want to drive, we have parking for up to 3 cars! With an on-site manager, toys, a pool, and hot tubs, this is a perfect home away from home for 2 families with kids. The convenience of this unit on the free shuttle line makes traveling with even the sub-5-year-old crowd a breeze! The fabulous newly remodeled Breckenridge Rec Center is kitty-corner right across the street, and it's reasonably priced and open to the public. You're about 1000 feet to the paved Blue River Bike Trail. There are a ton of hiking trails easily accessible without getting in your car - see the map in the pictures!
