We really enjoyed this first-floor condo. It had everything we needed, and everything was functional and new. It is located just one block from the Town Lift and Park City ticket office. There was plenty of parking and the giant hot tub and pool were nicely heated and available throughout our stay. Thanks for letting us use your condo for our 3-day ski trip.

Awesome property. Awesome location. Awesome value. Awesome mountain. Everything just as advertised. But the most unbelievable part is the customer service. I’m used to customer service these days being a little less than stellar. Not here. These guys go beyond the call of duty, especially Kristin Huffmon. Few understand customer service today like Kristin. She went so far over the top to help me that it’s hard to describe. I wish there were more Kristins!!

VERY well appointed condo right at the base of Main Street. Trolley picks up right across the street. Town Lift is a 5 minute walk at most in ski boots. High West Distillery is a 2 minute walk. IDEAL location - and very well updated property. Hot tub and pool were terrific. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The condo was perfect for a long ski weekend - very short walk to the Town Lift and a short 5 minute drive to Deer Valley. The condo was well maintained and clean and the building had great amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is very cute, updated, on the first floor with a patio so you can play in the snow. The fireplace is electric which is handy for southerners who couldn’t light a wood burning fireplace to save their life. Plus, who wants to buy firewood on vacation. The tvs are smart and also have cable. The beds are comfy. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Kitchen is loaded. The best part is just walking to Main St. it’s a block away from the beginning of Main, so it’s absolutely perfect. The price is perfect for what it is. The only warning I’ll give is the washer/dryer takes coins only! Lol. So, if you plan to wash clothes, just remember to bring your kids piggy bank. Bc we certainly didn’t have quarters on us. It’s a great place to stay. Highly recommend. Location, location, location.

This property is a perfect location to enjoy Historic Main Street in Park City. No need to drive a car because access to Main Street is a 3-5 minute walk. There is also a paved walking trail right behind the condo that follows a stream. The condo was clean and comfortable with all the appliances you will need if you plan to use the kitchen. The only eatable item provided was salt/pepper and some spices so if you plan to use the kitchen you will need to bring or purchase everything else. There were a couple of things I would like to point out about our stay. This is the first VRBO we have stayed at that did not provide coffee or tea. Just pick up some grounds at the grocery store or local coffee shop which are very close by. The indoor pool and sauna were closed for repair, which was a little disappointing. I am guessing summer is off season which is when they need to do repairs. We were given the wrong code for the outdoor pool and hot tub. I called the property company number in the booklet at the condo and they assured me they would text me with the right code but they did not. I happened to see the next door neighbor outside and they gave me the correct code. The hair dryer provided did not work. Luckily I had time after my shower to let my hair air dry. I want to repeat even though these things happened they were minor inconveniences and I would definitely rent this place again.

Place was perfect. Loved the pool/hot tub. Perfect location within walking distance to lift and all bars/shops. Loved it.

To the readers of this review, my sons and I stayed for a 5 day ski / snowboard vacation 1.19-1.23.2022. We were very impressed with the condo. The pictures do not do it justice. It is very tastefully decorated with great amenities. A full kitchen with not only utensils, but devices to whip up breakfast, lunch and dinner! The bed were super comfortable. Linens and towels were top quality. And overall, the cleanliness, quietness, and large screen TVs made it feel like home. The location is absolutely the best. Minimum walking to the center of all things related to Park City the tourist area. A 5 minute walk to the Town Lift which will get you right into the thick of the slopes. An easy less than a mile walk to groceries, liquor/wine stores and a whole host of restaurants and bars. And finally, we did communicate before, during and after with the management team and their responsiveness was outstanding! My sons and I are already talking about re-renting next year!
